Brilliant location, comfortable for two people and so close to everywhere without the noise. Love love

Close to everything, had beautiful balcony and could get in early and had quick responses from limehome.

Cons:

Water leak in bathroom bench. Could not send photos as no easy access to email for limehome.

Enamorados de este apartamento: ubicación perfecta y detalles de calidad
Pros:

Nos alojamos en este apartamento en Oporto durante dos noches con mis padres y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Desde el primer momento, nos sorprendió la calidad de todos los detalles: se nota muchísimo el cuidado y el gusto en cada rincón.

La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la estación de São Bento, lo que hace que moverse por la ciudad sea comodísimo y permite disfrutar de todo caminando.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, amplio y acogedor. La decoración es simplemente excelente: elegante, cuidada y con mucho estilo, creando un ambiente en el que apetece quedarse.

Personalmente, me he quedado completamente enamorada del lugar. Es uno de esos sitios a los que sin duda volvería y que recomiendo sin dudarlo a cualquiera que visite Oporto.

Pros:

My stay in the property itself was pleasant. I was given the unit 001 ground floor. I was pleasantly surprised as there was no humidity in the room unlike many other places I have stayed in Porto.

Cons:

My main concern with Limehome is not the apartment itself, but their lack of transparency regarding the check-in process.

At the time of booking, it is stated that ID is required, which is completely standard. However, the requirement to provide a selfie (biometric verification) only becomes clear after the reservation is completed.

At that stage, guests are given no real choice: either provide a selfie or lose the booking, as no refund or alternative verification is offered.

This creates unnecessary pressure and puts guests in a position where they must accept conditions they were not clearly informed about beforehand.

While I understand the need for security in a fully digital concept, such requirements should be clearly and explicitly disclosed before payment, not introduced later in the process.

Greater transparency would significantly improve the customer experience.
