Pros:

Very easy check-in process. Very prompt response from the staff. Great location, metered parking outside easy to find, Starbucks and a bakery within a few mins walk. Very clean. Pretty quiet street.

Cons:

Furnishings on the cheap side. Coffee table with permanent stains. Dirty cleaning rags sitting in the corner next to the elevator for days. No sign with Wi-Fi password, discovered it late at night, had to contact staff. Got a prompt response, but this was not necessary, just post it in the room. Much more important than a white nose machine.

Overall nice but the wifi has to be fixed.
Pros:

Ideally located in the old city part of Philadelphia. Spacious. Clean.

Cons:

The Wifi did not work well at all. As the only windows are in the bedroom at the back, there is no natural light, which makes the apartment feel dim and a bit depressing.

Nice place and very good location.
Pros:

Great location with food and fun options within a few minutes walk.

Cons:

Once you figure out the front door, then it’s good to go. It’s a warm building in winter.

Would definitely come back!
Pros:

Awesome location!! Nice, expensive upgrades made to the suite even in the small details. Nicely decorated and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. The elevator was nice to have, the washer and dryer were really high quality, and the microwave was fancy. I felt extremely comfortable, and I loved my stay here.

Cons:

Cleanliness could've been better - the couch had a pee stain on it that smelled so bad, the comforter had a brown stain on it, and the floor mirror was smudged and not cleaned with windex. The rug also sheds white fabric like crazy so if you're wearing black clothes, make sure not to sit on the rug.
