Ideally located in the old city part of Philadelphia. Spacious. Clean.
The Wifi did not work well at all. As the only windows are in the bedroom at the back, there is no natural light, which makes the apartment feel dim and a bit depressing.
Great location with food and fun options within a few minutes walk.
Once you figure out the front door, then it’s good to go. It’s a warm building in winter.
Awesome location!! Nice, expensive upgrades made to the suite even in the small details. Nicely decorated and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. The elevator was nice to have, the washer and dryer were really high quality, and the microwave was fancy. I felt extremely comfortable, and I loved my stay here.
Cleanliness could've been better - the couch had a pee stain on it that smelled so bad, the comforter had a brown stain on it, and the floor mirror was smudged and not cleaned with windex. The rug also sheds white fabric like crazy so if you're wearing black clothes, make sure not to sit on the rug.
My only complaint was that there was no guidance of where they recommend to park your car.

Noise. We heard the traffic in the unit overhead. No onsite parking but we were able to get street parking
Super Lage, großzügig, bequeme Betten
Wir hatten kurz Probleme mit dem Check-in, aber ein Mitarbeiter war schnell erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst.
It was super nice and clean and with tons of amenities. In a nice neighborhood close to what we were doing in town.
The only other thing I would have liked was a patio / outdoor area.
After several phone calls, the property finally changed our unit. Although the new unit was not shown in any of the photos on the website, it at least had windows, which was an improvement from the basement unit we were first given.
The photos on the website were misleading and did not show the actual unit we received. I reserved this property for my mom’s birthday after seeing pictures of a bright unit with large windows. However, upon arrival and check-in, we were given a completely different unit located in the basement, which had no windows at all. It was extremely disappointing and unsuitable for a family stay.
This basement unit should not be listed as a two-bedroom accommodation since neither of the rooms had egress windows, raising safety concerns. When I contacted the property owner, they refused to assist and told me to reach out to Booking.com. Booking.com, in turn, directed me back to the property. The lack of accountability between both parties made the entire experience even more frustrating, especially with three young children involved.
