Definitely worth it
Pros:

Great location, just go down the condo and you’re steps away from metro mall.. also walking distance to aidas.. sm is also nearby via tricycle. The unit has a fully functional kitchen, closet with hangers. The bathroom has a washer&dryer also. Basically everything you’d need in a house, they have provided. The owner is also quick to respond anytime I have a question.

Cons:

There is no parking on the property itself, you’d have to park at the mall instead so its a bit hard when you have a ton of luggage and bags.
