A localização, facilidade de estacionamento, ar condicionado, design do apartamento. A piscina numa noite quente de verão é faboloso

Sinais de degradação em algumas areas da casa, humidade em divesas zonas, binho na madeira fazem barulho durante a noite. Colchões em algumas camas já não são confortaveis, O portão de entrada faz imenso barulho.
