Very quiet place to stay and you can enjoy local restaurants near the hotel
A little bit complicated street to explain to taxi drivers
The room and bad room has hair and not clean.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The room had no balcony, the location was incorrect on booking.com and we had to take 3 taxis to find it, there was a used condom in the bin, the room wasn't very clean, the bath matt was dirty, the bath didn't even hold water. Also the location is bad if you want to see main sites.
Price was ok.
Major problem was the mixup with locations - the hotel has several in the area and apparently they don't correspond with the information on booking.com. We travelled in bigger group and only one of our five rooms was available, we were offered rooms in one of the other locations, but if we hadn't had our Vietnamese speaking friend with us, it would be very hard to communicate this with the staff. Apparently it's not a one-of-a-time issue, we witnessed another tourists having the exact same problem later that night.
The room was not really clean and when I tried to take a shower in the morning, warm water stopped running (just after I put shampoo on my head) and I had to take an ice cold shower. Our room was located at the ground floor right by the elevator and we heard everything both from the lobby and the street. We had a very early start the next day, so it was not that big of an issue for the one night, but I would not come back and definitely not choose this hotel for a longer stay (especially if you want to explore the city centre - there's more and better options right there, this hotel is quite far).
