O quarto estava sujo, chuveiro molha o banheiro inteiro, tudo estava quebrado e mal cuidado. Este é um apartamento privado no apart. O ar condicionado não esfriava, e numa cidade quente como Manaus, você não consegue dormir. Falei com a dona, e ela pediu p eu avisar na recepção, que disse que só poderia me ajudar com a autorização dela. E ela nunca deu essa autorização. Resumo, pagamos caro para ficar sem conforto e sem dormir por causa do calor. Se quer um conselho ou fique num quarto do próprio hotel ou não vá.

Super Old, poorly maintained room, private, so it's not a part of the hotel and if you need the hostess, she will answer but to solve the problem or help, we stayed three days in an extremely hot city with an air conditioner that does not work. Run from it

Sujo, antigo, defeitos nas tomadas e luminárias.Fui à piscina e cortei meu pé numa cerâmica solta.Funcionarios relataram que outros hóspedes já se acidentaram!Entrando com processo contra!
