Kostenloser Parkplatz vom Hotel im Innenhof vorhanden. Gemütliches Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Ausstattungen sind ok. Gutes Frühstück und ausreichender Auswahl.

Cons:

Enge Dusche/WC für Personen unter 175cm noch ausreichend.

Pros:

Parkplatz von Hotel sind kostenlos und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Ausstattungen sind ok, Zimmer sind sauber und die Gegend ruhig.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer, aber gemütlich und ausreichend für 2 Personen (ca. 176cm groß). Kühlschrank nicht vorhanden.

Sehr einfacher Check in am Automaten, Zimmer klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet., ca 8 eigene kostenlose Parkplätze, sonst parken an der Straße. Ungewöhnlich gutes Frühstücksbuffet, im Preis inbegriffen!

Fortunately, the staff were able to help us.

Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht. Nie wieder City Hotel in Fellbach.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für dieses Angebot gerade noch akzeptabel.

Cons:

Im Bad gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Duschen war nicht möglich. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, deshalb musste das Gepäck mühsam bis in die 3. Etage transportiert werden. (Wir sind Senioren über 80) Warum wird der fehlende Aufzug nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnt? Die Zimmer unter dem Dach sind momentan sehr heiß. Klimatisierung fehlt! Schlafen bei offenem Fenster problematisch, da Nachbarschaft sehr laut war. Außerdem war die ganze Nacht ein ständiger Pfeifton zu hören, der einem die Ruhe und den Schlaf raubte. Sichtschutz im Bad durch dicht angrenzendes Nachbargebäude nicht ausreichend. Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel. Wir waren so verärgert, dass wir freiwillig auf das gebuchte Frühstück verzichtet haben. Für Buchungsfragen war es nicht möglich ab Mittag telefonisch einen Ansprechpartner zu bekommen. Mails wurden erst am Folgetag beantwortet.

There is no one to contact. You will be on your own. Do not expect any help from anyone.

I could not sleep after 2:00 a.m. last night because of the alarm of a black BMW SUV parked in the hotel courtyard.

The vehicle was only about 50 cm from my room. The continuous alarm and the flashing headlights were extremely disturbing and made it impossible to sleep. This was not only a problem for me; my entire family and many other hotel guests came downstairs to find out what was happening. Even the neighbors called the police. The police tried to contact the hotel and entered the hotel office in an attempt to find someone responsible, but unfortunately nothing could be resolved. They eventually left.

What is particularly disappointing is that, despite the ongoing disturbance, no effective action was taken to have the vehicle removed from the hotel premises, even though its owner could not be identified.

The car is still there, and the alarm continues to go off approximately every five minutes until morning. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience, especially during the night, and it seriously affected our stay and our ability to sleep.

In addition, we have had no hot water for the past two days.
