Pros:

We only stayed one night, arrived late, left early. Friendly staff (just English wasn't that good, but Google translator helped), good location.
In general absolutely fine.
Free water was nice

Cons:

Air condition directly blowing on the bed.

Nothing around hotel- location is not good

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had no power from about 2am. I messaged the number I had the day of check in and received no reply. So I was left in darkness and with no fan or aircon it was an uncomfortable stay.

Yes the staff apologised and said there was a different number to contact for the night so why wasn't I told this. Electricity is basic when you run a hotel.

Cleand and well located, be careful if you extend your stay, they charge you the tourist tax twice
Pros:

Bed sheets smelled good, room was clean, AC and wifi great.

Cons:

Nothing really, small room but enough for a couple of days. I extended one day and they made me pay the tourist tax twice which is not honest I believe, I only realized it later :(

Es gab Wasserspender, das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Bett war sehr weich. Das Zimmer war sehr günstig, daher muss man sich hier etwas zurückhalten. Unser Aufenthalt hat trotzdem 30 Euro gekostet, was an der möglichen Stornierung lag, glaube man kann schon für 20 Euro dort übernachten, dann ist alles voll ok. Kann aber dafür keine 8,0 geben

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Excellent value. Great location near the river for dinner in the evening. Extremely helpful and friendly staff who booked us an airport taxi and assisted us with a cancelled flight out of Kota Bharu. Thankyou!!
