An amazing time, great location and would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the on site facilities were brilliant. Rooms had everything needed for a stay.

Cons:

Found pillow stuffing seemed to break apart after first night which made sleeping a little difficult. And would personally have a few more hot food options on for breakfast (sausages, hash browns, etc)

Not that dog friendly
Pros:

Comfy bed, yummy food, barman and one server exceptional. Location in hope valley amazing

Cons:

Hidden dog charge which really makes not that dog friendly. Nothing for dogs in room. Most of staff not that friendly helpful or welcoming. Mostly bottles in bar, no real beer, lack of bin near entrance for poo bags

Helpful, friendly staff in a good, clean and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The location was fine, and suited travel by public transport as the bus stopped outside the hotel.
The provision of fresh milk in the room was welcome. Perhaps a variety of tea bags could be provided e.g decaf
The restaurant food was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was great overall, but one way it could be improved would be by the provision of tea pots and milk jugs. As each cup has to be brewed individually there is a lot of waste of tea bags and a lot of walking backwards and forwards to the drinks machine and milk bottle.

Pros:

Really clean and great sized room, lived how dog friendly it was and the Staff was really helpful and friendly, Tim was the best bar man!!!

Cons:

A bit out of the way for us, we like to be walking distance from pubs, shops ect but that was our mistake we thought it was closer to castleton than it was. Other than that it was perfect!!
