Pros:

Very tasteful Food and good staff at kitchen and dining.

Cons:

TV not working till 2nd day night . Not addressed the issue even complained for 3 times.. There is no prompt response from receptionist.

The staff was very good and professional. The Travel Assistant Mr. William Jerold was exceptional. He explained in detail about the tour we intended to undertake and ensured that we had a quality leisure time while visiting various locations.

Overall passable of you can adjust with the problems such as geyser and water.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good,staff were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

Supply of both drinking and bathroom water is very much problematic,geyser doesn't works well,lack of basic amenities such as toiletries,towels,drinking water,poor response timing of the staff.

Overall the resort was good !! Good for couples but not for family with a kid
Pros:

Rooms are not much clean as expected!! response was very slow every room is different when one thing works another thing will not work for example in my room restroom handwash doesn't work and in another light doesn't work very frustrated with the facilities. In booking .com the mentioned tv but they won't initialise we need to ask them.

Cons:

Response was late but resort staff are supportive overall ok for that price.

Cons:

The rooms shown in images were completely different than in real. It was pathetic. Rooms were said to be given on ground floor as per call, but when arrived The rooms were given in upper floors, and we being senior citizens couldn't climb stairs. Moreover The bedsheets were also not clean, room size was small so we didn't stay there.
