My room was nice and spacious with a nice terrace with a great view of one of the historic churches.
No water available in the room. Everything available was extremely overpriced.
First night when I went to take a shower there was a cockroach under the bathroom mat. Really disgusting.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing with a very poor quality of food and service. The hotel lacks pleasant common areas.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean, modern and comfortable.
There was sometimes difficulty communicating with front desk staff because of language barriers.
We would have liked an outside area to sit and read in the afternoon. As the rooftop bar was mostly empty in the afternoons, perhaps some of that area could be converted into a relaxing space without the need to order a drink.

We stayed at this small hotel for 6 nights and loved it. Great location, quiet but close to the central square and cathedral. The bedding and towels were of high quality and there were several nice touches in the room. Included was a very nice Mexican breakfast on a partly covered outdoor patio.
We liked the location. Good walkability to parks, shops , markets & restaurants. Nice quiet location for sleeping. Nice option to have breakfast right at the restaurant.
We had an issue with our door not locking. Our room could not be locked for the first day we were there . Another room was offered AFTER the first night . I think they were full the first night . More communication regarding that , would have been appreciated.

El lugar queda cerca de todo ,es muy limpio, la cama es muy cómoda y te dejan café para todos los días y además cuenta con una linda decoración.
En primer lugar te cobran un coste adicional por servicio de 5% el cual te enteras en el lugar y se supone que es para no dar propinas pero luego vas a tomar desayuno y te la piden igual.
El baño es muy lindo pero cero funcional se moja todo el piso cuando te bañas y de humedece toda la pieza por lo mismo.
Y lo más complejo de todo es que es demasiado ruidoso, nos quedamos en una pieza alejada de la recepción pero aún así hay música de la terraza y se escucha también lo que habla la gente de ahí.
En general es un lugar muy lindo y cercano a todo pero estas cosas hacen que la experiencia no sea tan buena.
Very modern and nicely designed room, good shower with hot water (albeit, it took a while for the hot water to come through); complimentary water, plush towels, and very good breakfast served in two locations, on the second floor outdoor balcony and the restaurant across the street. Wait staff at the restaurant across the street, where we took our breakfast, were very prompt and friendly. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. It is only a block and a half from the main church/garden square, which is the heart of the town.
The bathroom is poorly designed as water from the open shower flows out to the toilet area making the floor wet constantly. Also there is no privacy in the toilet area as there is no door separating the bathroom/toilet from the rest of the bedroom. The room safe was not operational. Also, the hotel charges a surprising 5% service charge on check in and also takes a US$ 120 “deposit” on check in, another unpleasant surprise. We arrived at 11:30 am, but the front desk staff made us wait until 2:45 pm to get into our room.
