It didn’t meet my requirements
Pros:

The location was convenient to the station, the park and restaurants. Staff were understanding when I said my plans had changed and I needed to leave

Cons:

Unfortunately, I have to report visible black mould on the ceiling and a musty smell in the room, which I couldn’t stay in due to mould sensitivity
