The new owners that took off from The Days Inn have seriously let this place go.
Pros:

The location isn’t horrible, but nothing about the property and price was good.

Cons:

Elevator was out of order, but the man at check in let me use it the first night. It didn’t work the second day when we had to carry our things out. I’m 7 months pregnant and have a 13 month old, couldn’t use the stroller because of this. The room was dirty. There were people living in the hotel and we were placed right next to them. Kids were walking around barefoot, eating food on the floor. There was a horrid stench as you came off the elevator to get to our room.

Pros:

property was located off of 37 towards Seaside Heights. The pool was under construction, which we were not made aware of. There was no access to outside to use the patio. The rooms were dirty. The floors were disgusting. There wasn’t even a microwave in the room to use just a refrigerator. There was nowhere to sit in the eating area. It was just an open space with one toaster and one microwave to use. Not to mention that people were banging and screaming and slamming doors. The police were called to the room next-door music’s blaring. It’s 12 at night kept my son awake. I don’t foresee staying at this place ever again.
