Not what I was expecting and overpriced for what is on offer.
Pros:

Cons:

Describing the room it said it had a toilet then also said shared bathroom. The room was bare with no tv. I saw other properties with shared bathroom for around 700 peso so for 1200 I expected at least a toilet in the room and a tv. I am not young anymore and would like the basics and not be mislead by false information. Somehow it should be made clear it is a converted house.

I liked the girl who was on night duty, her initiative , transferring us to other facility since the first we booked online doesn't match with the description. If I will be her boss, I would increase her salary. She is hospitable & kind-hearted

Worth to stay for a big family!
Pros:

Location from tacloban airport is near, free ride pick up from airport to homes. Very clean, very comfortable, rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Aircon is not open at the lobby & living room at the summer time.
