Pros:

We booked the place for 4 days. Place was clean and comfortable. Location was also great as there are nearby mall, cafe, food park, etc. The owner/host was also accomodating, even going extra to lend us his induction cooker.

Not recommend such guest house managed by real estate firm…rather stay at the ordinal accommodation with more personal c

Decent amenities with kitchenwares, etc…

Cons:

No toilet paper, no drinking water….at least they must be provided for pricy rate…
Even though they would be NOT needed to be provided due to Philippines culture, customs, etc, they must be available for business guests from overseas.
No personal contacts with accommodation stuff, but only through texts via Gmail….
As a guest, we’d NOT stay at a room all day long, but leave a room earlier in the morning, and come back to late night..that’s why the amenities are critical!

The location and how accessible it was with stores nearby

Cons:

No toiletries were provided so I bought my own also a bit of a foul smell idk if it’s the building itself but not much as they also had fragrance smell in the room that turns on to help clear the smell other than that enjoyed the stayed looking forward to the next visit 😌
