Breakfast, good. Location, close to wander by the sea, on bus route to go further, near all little shops. Very lovely, attentive staff.
It is on the main road but this was not a problem, noise wise. An interesting place to wander about, locals very friendly.
Need bigger breakfast tables when sat at 2 seater...If thats all I can say was wrong, then it must be good....lol.

A lovely family run hotel with lovely staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have a really comfortable stay. The breakfast was so good. Really nice outside space to enjoy.

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Room was nice. Lights a bit bright, but perhaps they turn down. I had a private bathroom next door which was very nice, great shower.
As travelling alone i didn't like that it was unstaffed overnight, but the owner said any alarm went straight to her phone and she lived 2 doors away.
Brig and Barrel is a great place to stay in Buckie, central location with lots of on the road parking and a well maintained BnB. Breakfast was tasty and big portions. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. I highly recommend Brig and Barrel and would stay again.
Price of the room was more than I'd want to pay, but on checking reviews of other BnB in Buckie it made it worth it.

A lovely warm welcome at what feels like a family run hotel. Room as perfect with everything you might need and very clean. Food was great and all staff very friendly.

la stanza piuttosto piccola ma il letto molto comodo, bagno molto piccolo ma funzionale e pulito. Abbiamo cenato in loco, la cena buona e con una buona scelta di piatti. La colazione un pochino più deludente sia nella quantità che nella varietà dell'offerta. Resta comunque una valutazione nel complesso pienamente soddisfacente.
all'ingresso dell'hotel gli odori della vicina cucina sono troppo presenti, non si avvertono più ai piani superiori, dove ci sono le camere, ma il primo impatto è poco gradevole.

Owners and staff perfect, breakfast really good. Price paid was exceptional. Room and bed really comfortable.
Hate to write this but steak in pie wasn't great. Seemed as it was cooked then gravy added, dry and bit tough, puff pastry top too much gravy made it. A pie needs to be fully enclosed in pastry, maybe I should've got the ones from the bar.
