Pros:

Soggiorno fantastico a siem reap!
Lo staff eccezionale, la posizione ottima, il ristorante veramente delizioso!
La struttura offriva vari servizi tra cui massaggi e spa e rooftop bar con musica dal vivo tre giorni a settimana.
La pulizia dell’intera struttura era impeccabile!

Friendly staff, but pools are too noisy due to trafficMy stay at the Royal Crown Hotel & Spa was a mixed experience. The absolute highlight of this property is the staff: every single team member was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their customer service is truly top-notch. The location is also very convenient, as it is just a short walk away from the Old Market and Pub Street, and the rooms were clean and spacious.However, there is a major downside regarding the outdoor swimming pools. Because they are located right next to the street, it is extremely noisy the entire time. The constant traffic noise makes it impossible to relax, unwind, or read a book by the water. In my opinion, the pool area is not suitable for relaxation after a long day of exploring the temples.Overall, while the staff and service are wonderful.

Stuff was great and helpful. And they look after us so well. Breakfast was amazing , it was very central close too restaurants and bus station to the airport. Highly recommend this place..

Nicely located hotel in Siem Reap with beautiful, kind workers and great facilities.
Pros:

Wonderful, attentive and hard working staff in this well located hotel. A spa, two pools, two bars, great menu, daily cleaning and a spacious room with balcony.

Cons:

Breakfast menu was okay but coffee and fresh fruit offering could be slightly better.

3 night stay in Siem Reap
Pros:

Really lovely hotel. Prime location. Very comfortable rooms and the staff complete the experience. I was given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Check in and out was seamless. Staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again.

A lehető legjobb választásunk volt itt megszállni, a nászutunk csúcspontja
Pros:

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a hotelben, mindenki rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, a szobánk pedig tágas és nagyon szép. A nászutunk egy részét töltöttük itt, és külön köszönjük, ahogy az ágyat feldíszítették, igazán kedves gesztus volt 😊 Az éjjeli szekrényes világítás kapcsolás különleges, még nem láttam máshol ilyen megoldást. Két medence is van; mi a hátsó, kisebben voltunk, ott nem is volt rajtunk kívül más. A medencéknél koktélokat is szolgálnak fel, valamint fürdőtörülköző is jár. A reggeli tapasztalatunk szerint bőséges, lehet friss omlettet is kérni egy külön részen. Van mosodai szolgáltatás is, azt is kipróbáltuk; a reggel leadott ruhák már délután, kirándulás után vártak minket.

A négy napos itt tartózkodásunk alatt sofőrrel közlekedtünk, aki Pann Pon volt, őt a hotelen keresztül ismertük meg. Nem tudjuk eléggé ajánlani őt! 😊 Nagyon kedves, pontos, megbízható, remekül beszél angolul, és rengeteget beszélgettünk vele Kambodzsáról, a helyi életről és a látnivalókról. Minden nap tiszta, kényelmes autóval érkezett, mindig volt nála hideg víz és sör, a nagy melegben pedig többször is kaptunk hideg, kellemes illatú törölközőt, ami hihetetlenül jól esett, hogy fel tudtuk magunkat frissíteni. Tényleg csak szuperlatívuszokban tudunk róla beszélni – egyszerűen minden tökéletes volt, és azóta is sokszor emlegetjük. Bátran kérjétek név szerint őt, nem fogtok csalódni!

Idegenvezetőnk is volt egy napra Borey személyében, ő vezetett minket körbe többek között Angor Watban. Nagyon hasznos, csak ajánlani tudjuk, mert elképesztően sok információt és érdekességet megtudtunk, ezekkel volt kerek a látvány.

Ha újra Kambodzsában járunk, egészen biztosan a Royal Crown Hotelt és Pann Pon-t választjuk majd!

Highly recommend
Pros:

Great location and we used a great local driver, Mr Sokun and also his brother , to get around , he's always parked opposite, very cheap and reliable and highly recommend him . They were so accomodating holding our bags before and after check in and even then while we travelled to another part of Cambodia as we were returning to the hotel. So helpful getting us medical help when we needed it
