Ako rodina sme boli maximalne spokojni a vratime sa. Viem si predstavit organizovat tu aj kongres.
Pros:

tl; dr: Mali vyborne a priestor na zlepsenie su len drobnosti, hoci som tam popisal kilometer slov. Uplne staci, ak ste sa docitali len sem. :)
- Absolutne ticha lokalita so super vyhladom
- Malo ubytovanych hosti a ludi vo wellness
- Vybavenie hotela a pouzite materialy. Vela exotickeho a custom (pre niekoho zbytocneho) vybavenia (ako napr. simulacia nadmorskej vysky umelym znizenim okyslicenia izby). Peto Sagan tu musel utopit miliony.

Cons:

Budem hnidopich, ale vzdy je priestor na zlepsenie.
- Peto Sagan sa na nas dival asi vsade okrem sprchy a musel sa pochvalit so vsetkym, co dosiahol. Nezavidim mu to, ale uctievam ineho Boha. :)
- V kupelni treba pridat odkladacie policky na kozmetiku, aby boli zeny spokojne :)
- Mam rad slow food, takze za mna velka spokojnost. Keby som vsak mal hned po ranajkach meeting, je mozne, ze budem meskat.
- Kvoli nizkemu poctu ubytovanych hosti slaby vyber "rychleho jedla" na ranajky. Chybalo bezne pecivo, sunka, syry. Racionalne chapem toto nastavenie, ale ako som spominal vyssie, zdrzite sa dlhsie. Jedlo na objednavku vsak bolo v cene a bolo skutocne vyborne (odporucam chlebik s guacamole a lievance).
- Personalu je menej a preto kazdy podla potreby zastava rozne role. Je to urcite rozumne a efektivne, ale obcas to sposobuje zdrzania a drobne neprijemnosti (ak obsluha v restauracii musi vybavit niekoho na recepcii, tak cakam este dlhsie na jedlo; ak potrebujem ist do wellness a nikto nie je na recepcii, alebo vybavuju ineho, cakam v zupane v lobby; nedovolam sa na recepciu, aby som si rezervoval wellness). Co sa tyka vstupu do bazena, myslim si, ze pri vychode z vytahu na -1. poschodi by mohla byt kamera (tusim aj je) a dvere do wellness by sa mohli otvarat stlacenim tlacidla priamo z baru / recepcie, aby personal nemusel fyzicky chodit dolu schodmi a otvarat.
- Mierny pretlak informacii a zmatok v niektorych procesoch - personal obcas nechtiac podaval protichodne informacie (jeden tak, druhy mierne inak).

Vše nové, čisté, pěkné

Cons:

Nelíbí se mi, když má hotel v nabídce služby označené jako neplacené, ale pak si je účtuje. Např. fitness, jsem pochopil, že je zdarma pro hosty. Nejde o peníze, jde o informaci uvedenou v nabídce.

Everything is fine facility, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff except only couple of things which I will mention below.

Cons:

I really like the breakfast it is very nice. But the canteen is not traditional buffet style but rather you need to order and it takes some time to prepare your order. I visited there for business purposes so my time in the morning was tight. But if you are relaxed everything is fine.
Also the sauna and jacuzzi are not included in hotel price. But in booking it says it is included. You need to pay extra 20 euro per 2 hours I believe. So booking should correct this.

Pros:

Everything. The rooms were clean, smelled fresh, the beds were really comfortable, there were amenities in the room and bathroom, all in all was really good.
The breakfast was really tasty and the comfy exceptional.
