Pros:

Komfort des Zimmers sehr gut, auch sehr sauber;
sehr ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf Zilina,
sehr interessante Innengestaltung des Hotels

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel im Grünen mit schönen Spa Bereich. Für Radfans ist die Ausstellung über Peter Sagan's sehr interessant und ein absolutes Muss.
Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Verständigung mit dem Personal war sehr schwierig, da man nicht gut englisch sprach.
Das Frühstück war das schlechteste auf unserer Reise und wird dem Hotel nicht gerecht.

Moderní hotel v krásném prostředí 👌
Pros:

Poloha hotelu výborná, skvělý nápaditý design, zdarma parkoviště přímo u hotelu, bazén, a ty výhledy👌top.

Cons:

Recepce bez stálé obsluhy, což by tak nevadilo, ale pokud stojím u recepce a nikde nikdo, a to bez možnosti jejího vyvolání, není to ok. Pokud chcete do bazénu, jste tím pádem závislí na otevření obsluhou. Pokoj nad terasou restaurace, trochu hlučný. Velká škoda, že obsluze k profesionalitě chyběl úsměv (mimo blondýnky z večerní směny), který by hostům zpříjemnil pobyt. Taková trošku “Addams family” a chvílemi pocit, že host obtězuje. K tak krásnému hotelu, krerý působí harmonicky, to vůbec nepasuje.

Cons:

Из двух ночей проведенных в гостинице,во второй день на завтрак не было шведского стола.
Предлагали заказать из меню.Бутерброд был вкусным,но это не достаточно.

Nice location, clean, good furnishing, good pool/wellness area. The kitchen, and breakfast were okay for us, and the facilities of the place are top-notch.

Cons:

The staff gave a very mixed impression. The first 2 days, everyone was smiling, nice, then the last 2 days, with a different pair, smiles were gone, cooperation was gone, it was almost rude. English knowledge was a problem throughout the stay, although some staff (2 if I remember correctly) do speak basic English.

Nuova di zecca, pulita, moderna. Pranzo molto buono e menu ricco, colazione discreta ma migliorabile.

Cons:

I bungalow, che sono sostanzialmente dei prefabbricati e che si trovano al di fuori della proprietà, sono davvero troppo piccoli per 4 persone, e la mancanza di zanzariere può essere un problema durante i mesi estivi.

Pros:

Bei unserer Rundreise durch Tschechien und die Slowabei die erste und wohl auch letzte Hotel-Enttäuschung. Wir hatten einen „Bungalow“ gebucht und wurden in eine Holzhütte außerhalb der Mauern des Resorts verwiesen. Marke „Eigenbau“ auf Jugenherbergsniveau

Cons:

Der Empfang. Die schlechte Lage des Hotels. Den Marienplatz erreicht man nach 35 Minuten Fußweg durch ein Gewerbegebiet.
Der Spabereich kann für 2 Stinden gebucht werden und wird mit 20 €/ Person berechnet. Der Innenpool kostet „Bungalow“-Bewohner nochmals 8 €. Dieses Resort haben wir uns anders vorgestellt. Nach gottlob nur einer Nacht genießen wir jetzt einige Tage im Grandhotel Praha in gastfreundlicher Atmosphäre!

Slabé velmi snídaně, ale jídlo na objednání úžasné, velmi dobře dochucené. Bylo hodně poznat na personálu, koho ta práce baví a kdo to bere jako zaměstnání. 😬
