Wonderful stay, highly recommend.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Service clearly sits at the heart of everything they do.

A special mention must go to Celine, who was fantastic. She helped organise tours for us and we completely trusted her recommendations. The tours arranged through the hotel were actually more reasonably priced than some outside agencies, and the private day tour we booked was excellent. We had a beautiful, comfortable car and a very professional, safe driver, which made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable.

Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options and a strong à la carte menu alongside the buffet. It was a lovely way to start the day.

Landry was incredibly helpful and efficient. When we mentioned that the room looked a little smaller than we had imagined from the photos on Booking.com, Celine kindly upgraded us, which was very much appreciated.

The location is another big plus, quiet enough to feel calm and relaxed, yet still central and convenient for exploring. The bed was extremely comfortable and we particularly loved the large bath.

It is the small touches that really stand out here. When we left, the team even gave us a little gift bag, which perfectly sums up the thoughtfulness of the service.

A genuinely warm, welcoming place where the team clearly care about making your stay special. We would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

The swimming pool isn’t really somewhere you could swim in but we didn’t care as we were too busy exploring to swim.

Great hotel with excellent staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet street close in the Old Quarter. Staff are really friendly and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We actually stayed 3 times between trips. We did try another hotel but it was nothing like the L’signature.

Stay at LSignature. You won't regret it.
Pros:

I would highly recommend LSignature hotel.
The absolute best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff. They were friendly, attentive and could not help you enough. The location was excellent with lots of eateries around the area. Breakfast was excellent and always hot.
The rooms were clean and the bed extremely comfortable.

Could not fault this hotel

Central Old Quarter hotel ... just excellent.
Pros:

Five day stay central in the Old Quarter of Hanoi was topped off by excellent accommodation. Two things set this hotel above others - the well trained, friendly and helpful staff and the excellent breakfasts.

Cons:

Would love to see the breakfast juices improved.

L’Signature the exceptional hotel in the heart of Hanoi: stylish, welcoming, and truly unforgettable
Pros:

As a retired couple traveling through Vietnam, we used this hotel in Hanoi as our base and returned twice after several multi-day excursions. Each time we were welcomed back like long-lost friends, which made us feel truly at home.
The reception staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help, especially when arranging onward transport. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers something for everyone. The team even prepared a lovely birthday surprise for my wife, and another thoughtful surprise awaited us in our room after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel is very well managed, spotless, and perfectly located in the center of Hanoi. Dinner on the 12th floor with live music was a wonderful experience.
We would happily return anytime and warmly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl war sehr umfangreich und qualitativ hochwertig – von frischen Backwaren über verschiedene Obstsorten bis hin zu herzhaften und warmen Speisen war alles vorhanden. Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, wie liebevoll und ansprechend das Buffet präsentiert wurde.

Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück auf der Rooftop-Bar einzunehmen. Die Atmosphäre dort ist etwas ganz Besonderes: Mit dem Blick über die Umgebung und der angenehmen Morgenstimmung beginnt der Tag auf eine sehr entspannte und zugleich stilvolle Weise. Diese Kombination aus hervorragendem Frühstück, außergewöhnlicher Location und entspannter Atmosphäre hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet und den Start in den Tag zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht.

Cons:

Insgesamt können wir nur sagen, dass es in diesem Hotel wirklich nichts gibt, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Vom freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service über die hochwertige Ausstattung bis hin zum gesamten Ambiente war alles hervorragend abgestimmt. Man spürt deutlich, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität, Gastfreundschaft und ein rundum stimmiges Gesamterlebnis gelegt wird. Unser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht gelungen, und wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
