A great hotel, location and especially STAFF!
Pros:

I chose this hotel for location and appeal. It exceeded both my expectations. I arrived very early in the day, met the delightful Naomi on check-in, received an upgrade to a Signature Suite City View with Balcony, a beautiful room, and proceeded to have a fantastic stay. The hotel is small, perfectly positioned and very well appointed. The highlight is the staff. I cannot speak too highly of the warm attention and assistance I received, especially from Naomi, who went out of her way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible and she was critical in liaising with Vietnam Airlines for me over a lost item. Thank you everyone and very best wishes!

Pros:

Pros:

C’est probablement le meilleur service reçu dans un hôtel. Tous le staff a été très attentionné et au petit soin. On a choisi l’option d’upgrader nos chambres et nous n’avons pas été déçu. Ce qui marquant c’est l’attention donné à tout moment pour satisfaire et anticiper nos demandes. Ils nous ont aussi donné un petit cadeau au départ.

Great hotel, great location, excellent staff
Pros:

This was the cleanest hotel we’ve been in Vietnam. The staff and the location were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and they have live music on rhe rooftop on the weekends.
