Easy check in
Pros:

It was clean easy check in & out also our first time staying. It wasn’t very welcoming front desk
He couldn’t offer us what was available for out luggage we kinda diode can use it. Since in other hotels we get offered luggage help

Was told I can early check in for extra charge I agreed upon arivial was told no rooms available till check in. The bathroom the shower spilled water out to floor and the mist made everything wet smh. Next day housekeeping knocked at door if I was checking out ! I told her yes at 11:00 am . So we felt very rushed and she interrupted us…

Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable!! This is really important to me for whether or not I return to a hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was good with good hot and cold selections. I will stay there again when in the area.

Near the plaza

Cons:

The endless tweakers outside. The first morning there was only one person in the cafe and it was just the cook. Management needs to be more supportive I work in the kitchen and you guys put the cook in a very tough position. Not cool at all. Good job Chef
