Everything was perfect
The location of the property is a plus point owning to its proximity to the main bust stand of Katra, Railway Station and the market.
The hardly palatable breakfast menu and choices. The reason given for not serving pooris or Dosa was LPG shortage. Such an excuse was not expected from a well established hotel run by ITC management, especially when all dhabas both in the Katra market and at Bhawan were serving full menu. If you are serving a limited menu, then make sure that it is worthy of eating.

Breakfast could be better
Breakfast was good. But variety is little less to choose to eat.
Ambience and facilities. Nearness to market... walking distance to jammu road market.
All good. Breakfast variety wasn't great. For north Indian atleast have something in panner as all is vegetarian. South Indian is ok but not both days.
Good ambience
One of the best hotels I have experienced—I’ve been staying here for the past 11 years. The cleanliness is excellent, the atmosphere is calm and pleasant with beautiful greenery, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious.
Had a wonderful stay at Fortune Park, Katra. The hotel is very well maintained with clean and comfortable rooms that make the stay truly relaxing. The location is also very convenient for visitors coming for Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan.
The staff is extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which adds a lot to the overall experience. The food quality was excellent with a good variety of dishes and great taste.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend Fortune Park, Katra to anyone visiting the area for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
