Small room waste money

The staff were extremely cold and indifferent.
First of all, I arrived at the hotel in the morning with my suitcase and hoped to store my luggage until check-in at 5 p.m., but the hotel does not provide any luggage storage service. This is the first time I’ve encountered this situation after staying in so many hotels in Japan — including love hotels. In fact, just the night before, I stayed at a love hotel in Otsuka, and luggage storage was absolutely no problem.
The bigger issue is that the room was very dirty. I found hair on the bedsheets and even inside the mattress. I reported this to the hotel and asked for a completely new set of bedding, but the staff only took a brush and symbolically brushed the bed a couple of times. I simply couldn’t believe this was the level of service at a Japanese hotel. It was even worse than what I experienced in India and Egypt!
I’ve been to Japan more than ten times, and this hotel has completely lowered my expectations of Japanese service. It really opened my eyes in the worst way.
Lastly, I want to complain about Booking.com. When problems occurred, there was basically no customer service support at all — far worse than Trip.com. Because of this experience, after posting this review, I deleted the Booking app.

スタッフの態度が非常に冷たく、無関心でした。
まず、午前中にスーツケースを持ってホテルに到着し、午後5時のチェックインまで荷物を預かってもらおうとしましたが、荷物預かりサービスは一切ありませんでした。日本でこれまで何度もホテルに泊まっていますが、ラブホテルを含めても、荷物を預かってもらえなかったのは初めてです。実際、前日の夜は大塚のラブホテルに宿泊しましたが、荷物預かりにはまったく問題がありませんでした。
さらに深刻なのは、部屋がとても汚かったことです。シーツの上だけでなく、マットレスの中からも髪の毛が見つかりました。ホテルに伝えて、完全に新しい寝具に交換してほしいとお願いしましたが、スタッフはブラシでベッドを形だけ軽く掃いただけでした。これが日本のホテルのサービスだとは信じられません。インドやエジプトでの経験よりもひどいレベルです。
私は日本に10回以上来ていますが、このホテルは日本のサービスの下限を更新しました。悪い意味で本当に目を開かされました。
最後に、Booking.comにも不満があります。トラブルが起きた際、ほとんどカスタマーサポートがなく、Trip.comよりはるかに対応が悪かったです。そのため、このレビューを書いた後、Bookingのアプリを削除しました。
