L’emplacement vraiment à proximité de l’avenue Istikal
Le personnel gentil et serviable (on ne les a pas beaucoup vu)
On nous a laissé jusqu’à 13h30 le jour de notre départ
Le ménage n’a pas du tout été fait pendant notre séjour

Stay away from this hotel.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. During our stay, a receptionist falsely told us that there was a police inspection and instructed us to remain in the lobby instead of going to our room. While I was at the hotel’s spa and my sister was waiting downstairs as instructed, I unexpectedly returned to our room and saw the receptionist leaving it. When I asked what he was doing there, he claimed he had brought us coffee and sugar. Later, my sister confirmed that no coffee or sugar had ever been delivered and that there had never been any police inspection. It became clear that we had been deliberately kept away from our room.
Afterwards, I discovered that around €200 in cash had disappeared from my bag, along with personal belongings we had purchased during our trip, including perfumes and other items.
The hotel admitted that the employee was dismissed, but that does not change the fact that our belongings were stolen. We never received any compensation or even a sincere apology. I also requested that the CCTV footage be reviewed and have screenshots of my conversations with the hotel regarding this incident.
I travel frequently and book hotels through Booking.com almost every month. This is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. Guests should never have to worry about leaving their belongings in their hotel room.
If you value your money, your belongings, and your peace of mind, stay away from this hotel.

Немного шум (по ночам с улицы звук музыки было слышно) слышится, но это не катастрофически 😀

Es ist sehr gut gelegen. Nah am taksimplatz, alles was man braucht findet man in der Umgebung
Statt zwei Einzelzimmer haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Räumen bekommen, so dass einer auf dem Sofa schlafen musste. Leider gab es nur eine Decke. Im Badezimmer kam Wasser aus der Deckenlampe. Der Boden war so uneben, dass man ständig gestolpert ist. Der Balkon war unbrauchbar, mit Müll zugestellt und wirkte einsturzgefährdet. Die versprochenen Kosmetikprodukte bestanden lediglich aus Hair conditioner und sonst nichts. Es gab keine versprochenen Wellness Angebote und leider auch kein Frühstück
