I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room looked nothing like the photos—outdated, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. There was a constant unpleasant smell, and basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. The bed was uncomfortable, and noise from outside and neighboring rooms made it nearly impossible to rest.
The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing any concerns. Simple requests were ignored or delayed without explanation. Overall, the service was far below acceptable standards.
For the price paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Literally nothing ....I beg you, please please think a million times before booking in this property....the property, the facility, the receptionist...it's all a scam

Nothing was as promised. We had a reservation but when we reach the hotel, they told us it is already taken. This is a shameful experience for booking as well.
Ubytování se nachází přibližně 200 metrů od hlavní třídy Istiklal a personál byl milý a ochotný
Zařízení pokoje je vzhledem k ceně spíše průměrné a do budoucna by si zasloužilo rekonstrukci. Voda ve sprše odtékala pomaleji a sprchový kout by potřeboval důkladnější údržbu kvůli plísni. Také toaleta netěsnila úplně u země a napouštění nádržky na splachování trvalo přibližně 10–15 minut.
Pokud jste citlivější na hluk, doporučuji vzít si s sebou špunty do uší, protože okna příliš netlumí zvuk a v pokoji je slyšet ruch zvenčí. Zároveň byla na pokoji spíše nižší teplota.
The room was spacious, and both check-in and check-out were extremely fast, taking only about five minutes.
Mr. Mahesh, one of the staff members, was exceptional. He was very polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. He assisted me with everything I needed, and he is truly the main reason I felt so comfortable during my stay.
Although I didn’t like the initial room, it was changed the next day smoothly and without any inconvenience.
The only drawback was the noise coming from outside the room. Since the hotel is located in a lively area, this is understandable; however, the noise level was quite high.

La stanza è molto spaziosa, ed ho molto apprezzato l'ascensore per arrivare al piano. Un plus secondo me importante è il distributore di snack e bibite vicino all'ascensore a piano terra.
La reception è inesistente, minuscola e gelida, impossibile rilassarsi o aspettare un taxi li. Hanno disattivato il condizionatore lasciando soltanto una stufetta per riscaldare una stanza enorme. Il bagno gelido, quasi un trauma fare la doccia. Dalla finestra rumori misti di auto, musica e grida delle persone ubriache in strada per tutta la notte, molto difficile prendere sonno.
La struttura è centralissima, ti permette di godere al meglio la città
Proprio perchè centrale, la stanza è un po’ rumorosa, ma è un dettaglio.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel im Voraus gebucht und auch eine Bestätigung erhalten. Als wir spät abends mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen ankamen, begann leider das Problem: Meine Mutter ist älter und kann kaum laufen, dennoch mussten wir trotz Taxi noch ein Stück zu Fuß gehen.
Als wir schließlich im Hotel ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Zimmer mehr verfügbar seien und unsere Buchung storniert wurde – vermutlich aufgrund schlechten Managements. Ich stand dort mit meiner Mutter, die vor Erschöpfung kaum noch stehen konnte. Wir mussten die Mitarbeiterin regelrecht anflehen, uns irgendwie zu helfen.
Am Ende bekamen wir ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe. Dieses war jedoch nicht vorbereitet und roch unangenehm.
Einziger Lichtblick: Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und bemüht.
Fazit: Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – wir kommen nicht wieder.

Sevgi, the hotel manager, was exceptional. She made me feel completely at home with her kindness and genuine care. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference and turned my stay into a wonderful experience.
There was some noise from a nearby club at night. It didn’t bother me, but families with children or light sleepers might find it a bit disturbing.
