Tudo excelente, confortável, limpo, com muuuuita paz e tranquilidade. Eu desejo retornar a Canela e Gramado e me hospedar novamente lá.

Cons:

Único detalhe que não foi tão legal foi que, em um dos dias, alguém do serviço de limpeza acabou abrindo e mordendo um dos nossos queijos artesanais. Porém, nada a ver com a qualidade do flat.

O flat é muito bem equipado. Não temos o que reclamar com relação a estrutura do local.

Cons:

Isso não é não gostar, apenas pontuar que na TV da sala não conseguimos assistir TV a cabo. O toalheiro do banheiro não existia e um blackout da cortina da sala não estava colocado, coloquei, mas faltava um dos pedaços, por isso ficou claro a noite. A piscina estava bem suja na sexta-feira, inclusive cabelos. Os vidros nem se fala... São críticas construtivas.
