Pros:

Das Personal ist super und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, man darf sich kostenlos Boote ausleihen und die Rentiere sind sehr süß auf dem Gelände. Das Schlafen im Baumhaus war ein besonderes Erlebnis.

Pros:

Tree house is a great experience.
Breakfast is good and generous. People of the restaurant are wonderful.
Aneeqa of the reception was great. She did her best to accommodate us kindly and pleasantly and to give us a good welcome feeling all along our stay. Thank you Aneeqa.

I really enjoyed the Aurora Grill bar & dinner, with live fire, grilled food and drinks. Also The Traditional Finnish Sauna was super good in the Spa.

Pros:

Wonderful experience. The tree house were beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with amazing views of the surrounding nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt peaceful and well organized. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Lapland.

Pros:

Best hotel in Rovaniemi! no doubt. The breakfast was really good, staff were super friendly and helpful, their attitude made the whole stay feel very special. I honestly felt well taken care of and valued as a guest!

Nice place around nature! We would like to visit again when it's the season for auroras.

環境非常清幽的地方，很適合想要找一個清淨處度假的人！房間很舒服，員工也很友善，吃早餐的時候竟然現場有人在演奏，還蠻享受的

這次很可惜來的時候不是極光的季節，看介紹說這是一個很適合看極光的地點，
但至少白天的時候陽光灑下來湖畔還是很美，希望我們下次可以再挑一次在有極光的時候來住

It's slightly far from city center, but anyway we were also really able to walk into forests to enjoy the nature and silence.

Amazing stay!!
Pros:

Aito Resort is honestly the best hotel in Rovaniemi, no question. The place is beautiful and everything feels so well taken care of. The igloos are cozy and special, the spa is a perfect bonus, and the whole atmosphere makes you feel like you are really in Lapland. I would absolutely come back again.

So beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The scenery is stunning, the surroundings are peaceful, and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the whole stay feel very pleasant and effortless.
The spa was one of the highlights of the experience. It was calm, cozy, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax both body and mind.
