The staff were most welcoming and hospitality. They gave me an easy time checked me in earlier and I requested to check out late 2 hours after due to صلاة and it was free.. may الله bless them.

The staff are exceptional 👌...they will come and check every day if u need any facilities/room cleaning/bed sheets changing/tea or coffee etc...very good service 👍🏾

Cons:

The shuttle service needs improvement...the re needs to be more shuttles available to deal with the vast amount of visitors.....

Cons:

Shuttle service needs improvement...do not rely on the Shuttle service if u attending to go to the haram...most time we caught taxis....as when the Shuttle comes there's way too many people waiting to use it and not enough seats available...needs to be alot more shuttles to deal with the vast amount of visitors staying in the hotel😑
