Fijn hotel met goede service
Pros:

Schoon en vrij nieuw hotel met goede service. Een mooi zwembad en goed fitnesscentrum.

Cons:

Het hotel was prima maar de locatie was minder. Het lag aan een drukke weg die niet over te steken was zonder gevaar voor eigen leven doordat er geen voetgangersstoplichten waren. Daardoor kon je niet naar de restaurants aan de overkant. Er was wel een foodhal naast het hotel maar daar moet je van houden. En er was op loopafstand een straat met voornamelijk Chinese restaurants en een hele goede Thaise restaurant.

The stay was overall fine, but the housekeeping standards could be improved.
Pros:

Hotel staff was wonderfully friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Housekeeping issues:
• The pillowcases had an unpleasant smell.
• The mugs and glasses were not returned to their original place after cleaning. I had purposely left them in the bathroom.
• The toilet floor mat was placed on the toilet floor instead of being hung on the shower door after cleaning.
• The bathrobe was folded and placed on the ironing board instead of being hung in the bathroom.
• The ironing board, iron, and hair dryer were not returned to the wardrobe after the room was cleaned.

Kein Hotel für Touristen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf Etage 33 mit tollem View! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Insbesondere die Betten und Kopfkissen waren ein Highlight. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und vollkommen ausreichend. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Die Lage ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt hat und besonders viel von Georgetown sehen will. Zur Rush Hour braucht man 1 Stunde in die Innenstadt und zum Flughafen. Das muss man unbedingt bedenken. Auch der Pool erschien uns nicht belebt, es war niemand dort, obwohl wir zur Hauptsaison dort waren und weil es sehr windig war, war es vermutlich auch zu ungemütlich dort. Es scheint ein reines Business-Hotel zu sein und weniger auf Touristen ausgelegt.
