Unbeknownst to me Oxford Suites no longer work with booking. com and I didn't realise at the time of booking that I had been dealing with a third party who owns room of a sub standard in the same building.
Having stayed in the rooms on more than one occasion I paid no interest in the photos of the rooms ,only the availability.
I made my feelings known to the key holder.
The difference in price of booking directly with Oxford suites is negligible considering the difference in the standard of the room.
Bathroom tiles held on the wall with tape , the bathtub feels unsafe as the bottom moves as you move, sink cracked.
One roll of toilet paper.
Obnoxious smell in the cupboard under the " kitchen " area.
No black out curtains and even on the 15th floor you can hear the sounds of the street ,probably due to the poor fitting of the single glazed door and windows that you can't lock.

Waited long time to be told to stay in another room...then asked to move next day into the room I had originally booked.(they had double booked my room.)..I had to look for another place to stay at 7pm, after a very long journey from UK...i contacted Booking.com to complain.

It is a shame to book a hotel and stay in another. I booked a hotel and was taken to a place that rents rooms that are not available on Booking.com. The place is not clean and very dirty. I have pictures and videos of the rooms I was put in. Everything written on your website is not available. I buy everything. Even the soap I buy myself. When I talked to the reception girl, she told me... If I cancel my reservation, I will not be refunded. She also said that Bocking had knowledge of the matter. I did not expect that you would rent anything other than what you offer on the Booking website. The mattresses are not clean, the furniture is broken and corroded, and insects are everywhere. At this time I do not have money to go elsewhere. I was forced to stay in the same place. Because they told me that I would not get money and that the management of the Booking site knew about the matter. I am very very upset and did not enjoy my vacation. I ask one of the administrators of this site to contact me if necessary. I was deceived and defrauded in that I booked a room and was put in another room. im booking for sab condotel suites . but they give me oxford hotel. This hotel is Oxford. Rooms are rented for people in the Philippines and are posted on the Booking website under the name of another hotel. And renting it to customers in a deceptive way. I hope your administration responds to my problem quickly. I am very upset

Even though it’s within a hotel but it’s privately managed and you don’t get the kind of service one expects from a hotel.

the bathtub look old but not dirty just rusty looking

Not enough facilities. Host didn't changed towels. No toilet tissue. had to ask for it and provided only one roll for 3 nights

non wifi inclusive

I thought I can use the tub like I can sit and relax but it is not. That's okay as long as the water heater is working.
