Excellent hotel with a friendly and professional team.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

A special thank you to Kemal, the housekeeper on our floor. His attention to detail, dedication, and the care he put into keeping our room spotless were truly impressive. His work reflected both professionalism and pride, and it made a noticeable difference to our stay.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service from everyone and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Krasny interier zariadenie foaye...milí personal. Nevtieravi ale uslužní.
Čiste izby. Napriek centru pokoj a klud v noci

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the tram station and close to the Grand Bazaar. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was average compared to other hotels in the same category.

Locatia buna

Cons:

La ora 6 dimineata, femeile de serviciu au intrat peste noi in camera facand curat! In alta zi eram iesita din dus si au intrat pur si simplu sa faca curat. La turci la 7 esti treaz cu nesimtire pe banii tai iti tulbura concediul. Rusine hotelului!

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, удобно добираться до достопримечательностей. Приятный бонус - ужин в лаунже - буфет с напитками.

Cons:

Завтраки для сети отелей довольно скромные. При бронировании заказывали с двухместной кроватью, было 3 раздельные, пришлось ночью двигать самим. Довольно скромный спа. Нет ничего для детей.

Temizlik görevlileri çok nazik ve ilgiliydi.

Otel trafiğe kapalı alanda. Özel araçla giriş yapılamıyor. Her ne kadar rezervasyonumuzla giriş yapabileceğimiz söylenmiş olsa da zabıta tarafından içeriye alınmadık. Oteli arayıp sorduğumuzda dilersek akşam 8'de araç trafiğine açıldığında giriş yapabileceğimizi söylediler. Hayatımda böyle saçma şey duymadım. Uzun süre aracı park edecek yer aradık ve eşyalarla otele yürümek zorunda kaldık. Hiç hoş değil!

Beautiful experience in Istanbul
Pros:

Amazing property in the middle of the old city. All the main sightseeing interests are close. Tours are provided and well organized by the concierge. The staff is very kind and beautiful entertainment in the evening.
