It was a pleasant stay although there were issues with booking.com cancelling my reservation and despite assurances that

The evening entertainment and attentive staff

The breakfast was decent and varied

The food was very good

The happy hour for club access was good

Cons:

The room was very noisy due to the proximity of the room and the traffic outside.
The rooms could be better equipped I had to use a mirror above the mini bar to use a socket to dry my hair. The "camp" bed places in the bedroom wasn't great either a bed would have been more appropriate.
The bathroom is dated and I had to climb over to get into the bath to have a shower. This would not be good for someone who has mobility issues. The corners of the bathroom weren't clean and grubby in parts..it could do with a rip out and a refresh. In general it was acceptable.
The pool was average and there was hardly any lounges

The location was great! It was close to everything, including the metro and tram. I want to especially and genuinely thank Zin Thu, as she made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. She is a great employee who truly cares about guests' needs and comfort (she always brought me a bottle of water as she noticed that I drink one before a meal). Thank you, Zin Thu!

Chambre très propre, de même que l’hôtel en général.
Buffet du petit dejeuner tres bon et varier
Live music devant le restaurant, ceux qui est vraiment agréable

Dragging your luggage up the steps to the hotel

The stupidity of going through a metal detector every time you entered or left the hotel. Nobody ever checked when bleep sounded, which was every time!

Pros:

Very good location with sound proof facilities. The live band and in-hotel spa as well as Turkish bath are wonderful. Special thanks to MUSTAFA for offering a lot of warm greeting, suggestion and assistance.
