L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique et nous le recommandons fortement
Very comfortable bed, pleasantly surprised that I could play the piano in lounge, great decor.. We were in the Elizabeth Taylor room but every room has a different theme..
هادي والعاملين جميعهم متعاونين وقمة في الاخلاق
الماء الحار غير متوفر في بعض الاحيان
The hotel provided an exceptionally clean and well-maintained environment. Our room was immaculate, exceeding all expectations for comfort and tidiness. Every detail, from the furnishings to the linens, was in perfect condition. We were thoroughly impressed with the high standard of cleanliness observed throughout our stay. It was truly a pleasure to experience such an impeccable accommodation.
Location was great. Macaroons were great. The suite size and cleanliness were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. That is unfortunately the only positive things I have to say.
The photos were amazing; the property was not. The hotel looks almost nothing like the photos, and there is no real common area to enjoy what looked online like very sumptuous surroundings). The actual vibe of the place is very weird. At the price I paid (over 300 euros plus tax), I got about 20 percent of what I expected.
First of all, the building is extremely dated. The elevator is slow. The room, while large, looks like it was luxurious back in 1988 or thereabouts, and is about 30 years in need of a refresh. Upon walking in to the lobby to initially check in, I was kind of aghast at the reality of the property versus what I saw online. I felt manipulated and frustrated, but had unfortunately fallen for a “no refunds” arrangement that had seemed like a “deal” when I saw iron booking. Not in the slightest, as I would soon find out. The hotel had a view of crumbling apartment buildings around it.
I went to bed hoping that at least an unforgettable (remember, I paid over 300 euros in a country with low salaries where such a price should command a much better value) breakfast. So I woke up with high hopes. Upon arriving to breakfast, a friendly waiter greeted me. However, instead of taking me to the enormous breakfast buffet spread to which I am typically accustomed to enjoying at hotels costing 200 euros or more (remember this place was 300+), the waiter brought me a glass of orange juice and asked if I wanted an omelette. I wasn’t even sure how to respond. An omelette prepared with one euro’s worth of eggs and onion? What do I say? I am starving at this point and just need food, regardless of how pathetic it is. Yes, I say. After approximately five minutes he brings me the most basic, oily omelette i have ever tasted in my life. To his credit he then brought out a place of starchy, stale bread items (who in the world eats such a quantity of refined white grain based sugary carbohydrates in 2026 other than aspiring prediabetics?) and a plate of cut fruit.
Everything
Nothing
Very refined and designer spaces, very comfortable in a true Boutique Hotel. Breakfast was much better than the other hotels we stayed at. Very kind and efficient staff.
Colazione molto buona. Camere grandi e pulite. Posizione centrale
