No hay piscina exterior ni un café en la tarde para sentarse a tomar algo
Ce n'était qu'une brève étape à Casablanca mais nous avons bien apprécié cet hôtel à la décoration originale, avec de très grandes chambres confortables. Déjeuner très savoureux (malgré notre arrivée un peu tardive) et petit déjeuner du lendemain de très bonne qualité avec un personnel agréable et attentif. Une mention particulière pour la séance de hamman Marocain suivi d'un massage, bien agréable !
Nous avons également apprécié les services du voiturier qui s'est chargé de garer et déplacer la voiture en fonction des disponibilités. Hôtel choisi un peu au hasard car pas trop loin de la corniche, mais nous y reviendrons le cas échéant avec plaisir.
Le restaurant en mezzanine donne sur l'accueil et les discussions qui s'y tiennent peuvent parasiter un peu le repas, un panneau vitré pourrait améliorer les chose ?
Nous avons apprécié les chambres à la déco très différente, les nôtres étaient à l'effigie d'Edith Piaf et de d'Elvis. Les lits plutôt fermes et confortables, les chambres ainsi que le linge propres. Le petit déjeuner était très riche et bon.
On entendait un peu le bruit de la rue (surtout dans la chambre Elvis), mais on était au centre ville donc on comprend. Nous n'avons pas fait attention que le restaurant était fumeur en venant le soir - donc si vous êtes comme nous avec les enfants, privilégiez le début de soirée pour éviter la fumée. Sinon, le repas était délicieux et le service rapide et courtois.

La camera era molto spaziosa, più di quanto ci aspettassimo, e abbastanza gradevole. C'erano due bagni, soggiorno e camera.
Lo staff della reception è stato cordiale.
In bagno l'acqua calda arrivava a intermittenza, a volte il flusso di acqua era così ridotto da non poter fare una doccia. Il livello di pulizia non è quello che ci si aspetta da un 5 stelle.
La spa andrebbe migliorata. Con 'accesso incluso nella prenotazione si può usufruire della piscina riscattabile e della sauna. L'acqua della piscina aveva un odore terribile, la sauna invece è piccola ma carina.
Avevamo fatto presente la nostra necessità di fare colazione presto e ci hanno detto che potevamo essere lì alle 7:00. In realtà abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti affinché arrivasse qualcuno in quella sala desolata e abbiamo usufruito parzialmente della colazione, dato che eravamo in estremo ritardo.
