such an authentic Moroccan experience.
Pros:

Room service was great and the restaurant produced the most delicious prawn and avocado starter that I ordered it again for room service. The room was very authentic in terms of Moroccan style and the staff were so helpful, from helping us find our way around, telling us where to go (sites) and also ordering us taxi's and making calls. I really enjoyed the hotel and it was so quiet (the rooms seem soundproofed). Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.

Cons:

It was not the hotel's fault but if you are staying in Casablanca, try and avoid religious holidays as it does mean alot of the tourist sites are closed over this period. So we cut our stay short and headed to Rabat one day early.

Lovely, charmy with character and comfortable, in a very good location.
Pros:

We loved it. Has charm, is comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Location is good, breakfast simple, but very nice. We stayed in the Elvis Presley suite, roomy and comfy with two bathrooms and TVs.

Cons:

About the only thing, the Wi-Fi is spotty and slow, that's about it. Loved the place, would recommend it to our friends anytime.

Dirty and poorly maintained

There wasn’t much I liked about the place unfortunately

Cons:

Upon our arrival, we noticed a few issues with the property. A dirty cleaning cloth had been left on the sofa, there was no hot water available, the water hose next to the toilet was broken, and the AC remote control was not properly attached to the wall. We did raise these matters during our stay, particularly the issue with the hot water. While efforts were made to resolve it, there was a lack of communication and, unfortunately, the problem was never successfully fixed and remained unresolved until our departure.

Great stay with excellent, helpful staff.
Pros:

Great staff, lovely room, nice dining and spa experience was excellent. Breakfast was beautiful.

Cons:

Hot water was a touch cool.

Geweldig!!
Pros:

Zeer ruime suite, zeer vriendelijk personeel en hartje centrum. Ontbijt goed, restaurant niet geprobeerd. Lekker warm binnenbad en sauna.

L’accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel et de la Direction
La piscine et les massages au Spa très agréables et relaxants.

Cons:

Chambre au 5eme étage mais on entendait quand même le bruit de la boîte de nuit/discothèque tard dans la nuit. cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir mais quelques décibels en moins seraient appréciés.

das Personal war sehr freundlich aber im Zimmer hat sich der Holzboden gelöst
