Pros:

MUST stay when at Barcelona ..
Pros:

Location is excellent .. across the road to El Corte Ingles at Placa Catalanya , 100 m to the AIRPORT bus terminus that runs frequently to T1 or T2. Short walk to the subways or taxi stand. Very easy access to Barcelona old town, La Ramblas, and a easy walk to some of Gaudi's MUST see houses. Basically Barcelona is lovely to walk due to its wide friendly pedestrian footpath.
Reception / Front Desk : Receptionist are Helpful & Courteous. Although check in area is small, BUT the check in & check out process is fast.
Rooms : we took up a junior suite as wanted the extra space. That also meant that our room face the busy street. Grateful for its double glazed doors and the block out curtains, it does shut off the noise from the street. Although the balcony is nice for stepping out to watch whats going on and to open for fresh air.
Guest Lounge : very comfortable place for a drink and to meet with friends.

Cons:

the bathroom shower area can be better improved. No matter how careful one is, the water still splatters out (despite closed shower door). It splatters onto the floor board making it unsightly. Need to provide additional floor mat and need to be changed by the evening.
Would have preferred that hotel provide bottles of drinking water depending on the number of occupants .. eg. two persons to the room means two bottles of water per day. ALthough was told by reception that water from the tap is safe for drinking BUT the water does not taste nice .. feels a little bit salty.

Sehr gut!
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft!
Sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral!

Cons:

Hatte dieses Hotel unter anderem wegen dem Frühstück gebucht, muss aber sagen, dass das Frühstück nicht so überzeugend war und eher ein drei Sternenniveau hat.
Trotzdem würde ich noch mal hier übernachten.
