La ubicacion es muy buena. Bonito , bien concebido como lugar, Poco personal, no habia suficiente hielo cuando pedi.

Cons:

No salio agua caliente de la regadera. Nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fria. Totalmente reprobable

Pros:

Hotel muy bonito y con excelente ubicación. El diseño nos encantí y el personal fue muy amable. La regadera es estilo lluvia, lo que la hace perfecta.

Me gustó, pero hay que cuidar mucho el tema del estacionamiento y la privacidad de los baños.
Pros:

La ubicación, la cama, los acabados, todo se ve de muy buena calidad y muy cuidado el detalle.

Cons:

El baño. La verdad es un poco incómodo tener el baño con nulo aislamiento acústico, ya que se escucha todo lo que pasa y le resta todo el romance a la visita. Yo tomaría medidas para que el baño sea más privado.
El estacionamiento, nos dejaron encerrados un par de horas después del check out. No se nos avisó que no iban a abrir el día que salimos y de cualquier manera, creo que no deberían cerrar teniendo huéspedes dentro, ya que tuvimos que quedarnos 2 horas adicionales esperando a que abran.

Cons:

Hoteles de carretera con mejor limpieza que este hotel. Es una estafa que te cobren tanto y te encuentres con una limpieza nula en las habitaciones, sabanas sin cambian y cabellos sueltos por toda la habitación. Es el hotel mas sucio en el que me he hospedado. No lo recomiendo para nada. Por esa misma limpieza mejor hospedarse en un Motel de carretera.
Estoy seguro que no cambian las sabanas de una estancia a otra.
Te cobrar 2000 pesos para dormir en la suciedad de otros.

Very great stay and very welcoming safe environment.
Pros:

Staff was super nice, room was always clean when I came back into my room new towels and soap was always there. Very clean and put together and a safe stay.

Had some complications with pay issues that was it.

Beautiful boutique hotel in perfect location
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in Morelia downtown. The stuff was really helpful and we felt like home. The place's design is exceptional. It's just five minute's walk from Morelia's main square. And they have a deal with the parking lot nearby, so we even could leave our car there.
