Great location, needs TLC.
Pros:

Great location, room had everything we needed and a short distance to everywhere in the city. Lovely comfortable bed and easy check in.

Cons:

Simple TLC needed to improve:
Fix right side bed lamp, possibly just bulb.
Fix shower riser rail as falls down.
Fix toilet seat as loose.
Buy cheap white pillow cases as all mismatched!

Great stay punching above weight…, you!!
Pros:

Super comfy bedand bedding. Basic room, but punched above weight. Yes… the shower may not be the greatest but my 17year old daughter managed to wash her hair so it’s really not a dealbreaker at all! Staff very sweet, good pick up of keys, would use this place again for sure :) thank you for a great stay.

The amenities and location was good and it wqs very secure

Cons:

The sliding door for the bathroom, would be ok if was solo travaling but not so much when shairing as cant trap smell in and would often slidr itself open

Great location, great price.
Pros:

Property perfect for a match day at St James, 5-10 min walk from the station and then 5 to St James. Property had everything you need.

Property very basic but for the price you can’t ask for more.

Pros:

Location , had a fridge , helpfull staff , 2 bottles of water in fridge . Shower gel, wifi worked , didn't chase is out in morning.

Hard to find property no sinage
Miss matched old bedding
1 tiny very old towel that was hard . No hand towel in bathroom
Vert flat old pillows and quilt
Only tiny mirror in bathroom
Hairs in bathroom
Had to have freezing cold shower wasn't working
Tv didn't work, no remote control
Wallpaper hanging off wall
Radiator didn't work
Desk extremely wobbly
Iron board had no cover just metal frame
Kitchen was dirty with pots of green food on cooker
Very noisy at night,
Steward left keys for rooms lying in laundry anyone could take them
Entry for property have to manually pull doors and shut and lock yourself , other party goers left door unlocked for friends and walked into building and tried our door to our room looking for there friends.


Extremely overpriced for facilities provided.
