Located in the heart of a busy side of Douala about 5km from the airport. Friendly staff. Most are bilingual.
Some rooms can get noisy because of activities outside the hotel but the hotel can move you if alternatives are available.

Staff was not always friendly and did not really make an effort to speak English or to speak French slowly. But aside from that everything was smooth
The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were amazing.
Most of the front desk staff are so rude and also can't speak or understand English. The location of the hotel is at a nasty and congested area.
