Zeitiges Check In möglich, Personal zum Teil freundlich, Zimmer an sich sauber

Cons:

Kein Fenster im Zimmer, war nirgends beschrieben und auf den Bilder mit Absicht nicht sichtbar, bzw auf den eigentlichen gebuchten Zimmer könnte man anhand des Vorhanges ein Fenster erahnen, ist unverschämt
Im Bad am Silikon war Schimmel, die Toilette vergilbt und das Regal mit Handtuchhalter verrostet und verkalkt
Kaffegedeck nicht vorhanden laut der Beschreibung

Our room”s AC and hot shower were not working. Staff told us they’d check it the next day. Unfortunately, they didn’t keep their word til we checked out.😢

Pros:

We came late due to flight delayed. Citi hotel hold our room until 2am. The receptionist also very helpful and friendly. Location also great very near to KL sentral. Recommended for stay and transit for few days.

Best 1/2 nights stay for singles or two persons. Nb. Flight of staircase to/fro access hotel lift.
Pros:

Nur who checked us in was very helpful and attentive to our requests.

Cons:

Extremely small room for triple share. Barely space to place a medium suitcase. A very small bathroom with no shower screen which need better maintainance. Towels need new replacement.

The location was amazing and the staff were great too.
Pros:

It was cute and the location made everything so much easier. To board a train to the airport, I had to walk just a minute to the station and it felt so good.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t so hot and I don’t think it could be controlled from hot to cold. The ac also was just ok, not very cold.
