The location in KL Sentral is great, with plenty of restaurants and a mosque nearby, but the maintenance is lacking. The bed sheets and duvet covers had visible marks, and the lift had a very bad smell.

I also had a poor experience with their service. I requested a private taxi for an airport drop-off, but they simply told me I had to arrange it myself. Additionally, I informed them in advance about my early arrival, and they didn't mention any extra charges at the time—only to surprise me with them later. It’s an average choice for a 1-night stay, but the management really needs to be more transparent and improve their housekeeping.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and location convenient for a flying visit.

Cons:

Windows didn't close properly so there was loud street noise all night and rain came into the room. We didn't appreciate that the shower would be in the bathroom above the toilet. The bathroom was not clean.
