Great location
Pros:

The location was perfect, very near to KL Sentral train station and the Monorail.

Cons:

The room was very small. There were a few issues with the room I was given initially when I arrived in the evening, but to be fair Mahmoud gave me another room the next morning, which was much better, and was what I expected.

La gentilezza della reception Purtroppo quando sono arrivata ho trovato il letto con la coperta sopra con tutte macchie gialle,ho fatto presente la cosa si sono scusati e mi hanno detto che avrebbero sistemato tutto...
Il mattino successivo quando mi sono svegliata con la luce del sole mi sono resa conto he avevo dormito sopra un lenzuolo tutto macchiato di giallo e la coperta del giorno prima probabilmente girata dalla parte opposta...la sera purtroppo non l ho visto

Disappointing stay in Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the location near the KL Sentral Station and Monorail was very convenient. There were also several convenience stores and places to eat nearby.

Cons:

Quite a disappointing place to stay. The hotel was just a little bit grotty, with both the bathroom and parts of hotel run down. The room had no window. Passable for a one night stay, but I wouldn't want to stay longer than that.

Good value and location
Pros:

Close to KL Sentral, lots of restaurants nearby, everything worked ok. Has a mini fridge, power points and light switch close to bed, good value
