Overall, the place is nice but the hotel staff and their processes made it difficult to enjoy our day there.
Pros:

Close to KL Sentral, decent sized room with free water and nice bathroom

Cons:

Staff onsite weren’t great at communicating and a bit rude. When checking in we were told we had been upgraded to triple room due to maintenance but must move rooms on the the 2 day of our 3 day stay. When I questioned this further as it’s not my fault repairs are happening, all I was told was I have to move or pay more. On day 2 our card stopped working and went downstairs and told nevermind we don’t have to move - which is good but being told we had to move caused unnecessary stress for no reason. Secondly, the hotel advertises 24 hr front desk but when we checked out at 7am there was no one there and no sign to contact someone, meaning I couldn’t collect our RM 50 deposit back. Luckily we were retuning to KL and after messaging the properly through booking.com they apologised and confirmed I could go back and pick it up. Once returning the same front desk guy had no idea what I was talking about and was hesitant to return the deposit until he finally began to look through the files. Lastly, price advertised online is without tourist tax, but they don’t tell you how much the tourism tax is until you get there.

Très bon point de chute avant de repartir

Bon point de chute pour une nuit proche de KL CENTRAL en plein dans le quartier indien.
Chambre propre
Rapport qualité prix très intéressant pour une escale seulement je pense. Le personnel est très sympa et disponible. Merci à eux!

Cons:

Insonorisation des chambres, Tv chaînes locales, un cafard trouvé, pas de fenêtre dans certaines chambres, douche qui coule à même le sol dans la salle de bains donc pieds mouillés.
