Pros:

Cons:

La chambre était mal nettoyée avec des insectes au niveau du plafond, de la poussière sur les meubles et des traces dans la salle de bain,le siphon de douche était bouché.Nous avons prévenu la gérante de l’établissement dès nôtre arrivée qui n’a pas voulu nous changer de chambre à moins de payer un supplément.la femme de ménage est passée le lendemain sans nettoyer les éléments signalés.

It was actually good. They also had friendly pets 😁
Pros:

It was accessible to all places i went to. Walking distance to Vincom Plaza. Lots of restaurants and spas around. Neighborhood was quiet though some minimal construction going on around. Wasnt there the whole day anyway because i was touring

Cons:

They stopped cleaning a few days before check out. I wished they provided cleaning material such as brooms etc so we could just clean ourselves. Also, the balcony wasn’t really a balcony where you can stay outside so bear that in mind.

Pleasant and relaxing. Loved the fireworks from the Han Bridge every Saturday in June!
Pros:

Thuy was a very helpful host. Special requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Liked that I was only 10-minute walk from Vincom Plaza mall. Laundry service was affordable and saved me much time.

Cons:

Minor quibbles not worth mentioning. I was living cheap in Vietnam, so complaining seems tasteless.

Pros:

Honestly one of the best stays of our Travels, Thuy and her family are so lovely and welcoming it felt like a home from home, their Coffee is a must try too during your stay and make friends with their Dogs! :D , the Apartment was situated in a great location, nice and quiet but also a short walk to either the beach or downtown,
The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable,
We 100% recommend this stay and we will be back,

Pros:

Room was nice, clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. If I could give location more than 10/10 I would, short walk to attractions etc, while being tucked away from the noise and bustle. Owners dogs were SO CUTE!!!

Located in a Korean district, 20 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to the river. Very good coffee. Comfortable, spacious

Clean and nice room, but Mold
Pros:

Room was clean & light, Air conditioning was working really good

Cons:

There was a really huge area of mold underneath the wallpaper. I am really sensitive to this and woke up with a hurting throat. Price is really good, but if you‘re as sensitive as I am, I can’t recommend it.
