Calm spacious room in the middle of the party
Pros:

Incredibly great location, 90 m from Bui Vien walking street, you can still hear a light fading sound of the bass music and the occasional drunk person at night. Otherwise surprisingly spacious rooms, clean.

Cons:

Shower drain was clogging, water accumulating in the drawer of the bathroom sink, some things that can easily be fixed.

Удобное местоположение, рядом с центральной улицей. А так как отель расположен в глубине дворов, то в номере было тихо. Завтрак нормальный, на выбор. Персонал приветливый. На одну, две ночи нормальный вариант.

Scam
Pros:

nothing, it was a scam - we paid for one night but did not stay there, the receptionist handled us as ‘no show’ to keep his money

Cons:

the room was a backroom in a nailstudio, dusty, no window, no ventilation in bathroom, hard bed and no kitchenette (promised!)

This was my first time visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and staying at Cozy Home made the experience much easier and more enjoyable. I arrived late at night, tired from a long flight, but the self check-in instructions were very clear and stress-free.
Every morning, I walked out into the lively Bui Vien area to grab coffee and street food, and at night I could easily return to a quiet, comfortable room. The staff were kind and always ready to help when I had questions. It truly felt like a small “home” in the middle of a busy city

Très bien , rien à redire
Pros:

Personnel tres accueillant et disponible
A deux pas des rues très très animées mais on entend pas le bruit car un peu excentré
Propre et bien équipé
Petit déjeuné très bien

Cons:

Le massage .. malheureusement il est dispensé dans le hall d’entrée du magasin et cela gâche un peu

This is a great hotel to visit the city. It ticks all the boxes!
Pros:

The location in the busy city center, but because Cozy is located in an alley, the noise is only at a distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Cons:

When I left for the airport at 5:45 the front door was locked and it took 10 minutes before someone unlocked it. The taxi was waiting. I did notify the reception the evening before.

Посредственный отель в центре города
Pros:

Отель находится на узкой улочке между двумя большими широкими улицами, одна из которых -знаменитая пешеходная. До неё 1 минута пешком. Шум с неё не слышен. Сначала, когда заходишь в эту улочку, испытываешь шок, затем привыкаешь. В номере есть чайник, полноценный холодильник. Имеется большой шкаф для одежды. Рядом множество кафе, ресторанов, магазинов. До основных достопримечательностей 10-20 минут пешком. Вход в здание закрывается на ворота с электронным замком. Как мы поняли, в здании всего два номера. Завтраки по меню, нужно выбирать накануне. Ничего необычного, но наесться можно: вьетнамские хот-доги, яичница на выбор, напитки на выбор+ дают ежедневно банан. Персонал на рецепции вежливый, услужливый. Разуваться необходимо перед входом в отель, поэтому везде достаточно чисто.

Cons:

Фотографии на сайте не совпали с реальностью. Удивил вход в гостиницу через салон маникюра, но все дни пребывания в салоне никто не работал. Холодильник не морозил. Уборку за 5 дней проживания провели только один раз и то по нашей просьбе, в остальные дни уборка не производилась. Номер 101 тёмный, без естественного освещения, неуютный. Окна маленькие, помещение не проветривалось полноценно. В номере была повышенная влажность. Окна номера выходили на соседнюю узкую улицу и до соседнего дома было рукой подать. Было слышно жильцов этого дома, в том числе и поздней ночью, так как у них постоянно были открыты двери в дом+ мойка находилась на улице. В один из дней с потолка в санузле полилась вода, менеджер с рецепции правда оперативно отреагировал на жалобу. В санузле лампочка зажигалась только через минуту включения, при заезде менеджер предупредил об этом. Матрасы на кроватях очень жёсткие, но это проблема во многих отелях Вьетнама.
