EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONABA, EL TERMOSTATO NO ERA COMO LOS DE SIEMPRE, QUE PUEDE EL CLIENTE CAMBIAR EL MODO CALOR A FRIO Y LLAMAMOS PORQUE LA HABITACIÓN PARECÍA UNA SAUNA Y CUANDO SUBIERON, CON EL SISTEMA QUE ELLOS SABEN, CAMBIARON DE CALOR A FRIO. DESPUÉS DE DOS HORAS, SEGUÍA SIN FUNCIONAR EL FRIO Y YA ERAN LAS 12 DE LA NOCHE, CON LO QUE PASAMOS UNA NOCHE HORRIBLE DE CALOR. The room was very hot and we couldn’t make the AC properly work. Breakfast needs more diversity, the pastries are often stale, coffee very low quality, no boiled eggs, and the scrambled eggs were terrible, sweet & spongy, felt like they were store-bought and just heated.
