もっと高くてもある程度のレベルが担保されている宿泊施設に泊まるべき。
Pros:

出張のため1人で宿泊しました。金額、ロケーション、ベッドの大きさはよかったです。

Cons:

部屋がとにかくタバコ臭く、エアコンをつけたらそこからもひどい匂いがしました。加えてベッドのスキマなどにホコリや髪の毛が散見され不快でした。寝具に関しては、枕や掛け布団、1番上の薄い敷布団は清潔なものに交換されているようでしたがめくってみるとベースのマットレスにもホコリや細かいゴミ、髪の毛が残っていました。

出張で寝るだけ、朝ご飯を食べる時間も無い方に最適です
Pros:

出張で寝るだけの目的だったので、お風呂は大きいし、ベッドは快適で良かったです
大森海岸駅から大変近く、セブンイレブンも近くにありますので、出張用には申し分ないです
隣室からの物音も聞こえませんでした

Cons:

全体的に設備は古い感じです
トイレもウォシュレットではなかったです
建物内部が薄暗いですが、これはプライバシーへの配慮なのでしょうね
