Nice stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Nicely recently renovated hotel in a central area.
Rooms are very pleasent and bathrooms are new. The staff is kind and the breakfast is rich, tasty and varied. Fresh fruit, several pastries, croissants, eggs, freshly made juices. Very nice and open until late (11am)

Cons:

The roads, either main street with cars or side street with pedestrians and singers, are a little noisy. The rooms doors bang when closed unless you use the card to unlock and gently pull the handle. Poor soundproofing of doors from corridors, I was woken by voices and cleaning noise several times.

Comfortable stay with nice facilities.
Pros:

Property was nice and central. Bed was comfortable. Breakfasts had a nice variety of options.

Cons:

To save on power the fridge wasn’t connected. Going back downstairs to get a cord wasn’t an option for me when I needed to use it. I also stayed on 2 more nights, as I was part of a tour group and was in a different room. That room didn’t even have a fridge.
After my long flight, I was in need of additional water to what was supplied, to counteract the dehydration I was feeling. They weren’t willing to give me some more still water, so had to go across the road to buy some.
Access to an iron would have been nice.
I would have liked to get some laundry done, but lack of information meant I missed the deadline.

location very good. Breakfast daily was good as well.

Cons:

Room was a bit cramped. Fact there are so many hills in Lisbon, nice to have a centralized locatoin in a flatter area with the Moon & Sun.

Super Aufenthalt an genialer Lage
Pros:

- Moderne und sehr saubere Zimmer.
- Sehr freundliches Personal.
- Super Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was man möchte inkl. frischen Omeletten, Rühreiern etc.
- Sensationelle Lage.

Cons:

- Zimmer ein wenig zu klein. (Doppelzimmer mit Balkon im 4. Stock)
- Leider fast keine / zu wenig Abstellflächen im Schlaf- und Badezimmer.

Memorable stay...all good.
Pros:

Comfort and cleanliness of room and hotel generally. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location was excellent for getting about.Restaurant next door was convenient and good food I would recommend and return when we come back

Uma estadia com ótima estrutura e localização, que começou de forma muito negativa no atendimento, mas foi significativa
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito bem situada em Lisboa. O café da manhã (pequeno almoço) também me agradou bastante, com boa qualidade e variedade.

O quarto é confortável, o chuveiro é muito bom e um diferencial que gostei bastante foi a caixa de som disponível no quarto, de excelente qualidade.

Gostaria de destacar especialmente o atendimento da Kessya, que foi extremamente educada, atenciosa e acolhedora. Ela fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência e contribuiu diretamente para que a estadia fosse muito mais agradável.

Cons:

A experiência inicial no check-in foi bastante negativa. Ao chegar ao hotel, cansada de uma viagem longa, não me senti bem recebida. A atendente foi grosseira na forma de se comunicar e não demonstrou acolhimento.

Houve um problema com a reserva, que constava como sendo para apenas uma pessoa, o que não condizia com o que foi feito. Em nenhum outro hotel da minha viagem tive esse tipo de situação. Mesmo assim, não houve tentativa de compreender ou ajudar naquele momento.

Além disso, não me foi oferecida nenhuma alternativa básica de acolhimento, como guardar as malas de forma espontânea, oferecer água ou indicar o uso do banheiro enquanto aguardávamos o horário do check-in. Apenas fui informada de forma direta que não poderia acessar o quarto antes do horário.

Esse primeiro contato foi, infelizmente, o pior de toda a minha experiência de hospedagem durante a viagem.

Hotellin sijainti oli todella hyvä ja aamupala erinomainen. Huone oli erittäin siisti.
