Pros:

the bed was confortable

Cons:

We had a very bad view from the window. It was dark, faced a ventilation shaft, and was above the kitchen. Felt more like only the moon than moon & sun.

Hotellin sijainti oli todella hyvä ja aamupala erinomainen. Huone oli erittäin siisti.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal war freundlich. Der Willkommensgruß (leckereren Kuchfn) auf dem Zimmer war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist gut aber sehr eng zum frühstücken, das ist unangenehm. Ein Tipp es wäre hilfreich die sehr leckeren Eierspeisen aufzuschreiben, damit wäre die Bedienung und die Gäste entlastet.!

Pros:

The staff were excellent, the shower was great!

Cons:

Our room overlooked an alleyway, where there was a bit of noise until midnight…clanging and dropping of plates.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly! The breakfast had a lot of options. They offered a lot of variety of egg dishes and made them fresh for you every morning. There was a lot of fresh fruits available as well, I especially loved the fresh papaya and detox juice. The rooms were also super spacious. They greeted us with a free welcome sparkling wine. And we were surprised in our room with a brownie with fresh fruits and a lovely note.

Cons:

The rooms are not soundproof which is not super bad but to keep in mind. We had an interior view room, and unfortunately this resulted in a slight food smell in the evening from the surrounding restaurants.

Cons:

I have very strong reasons to believe that this hotel is not a 4‑star property. At best, it could be considered a good 2‑star or an average 3‑star hotel, and it does not provide the services expected even from a proper 3‑star facility.

Immediately upon entering the elevator, there is an awful smell.
In the room, it is impossible to stay without keeping the window open because it stinks coming from the bathroom.

There is no proper closet where guests can store their clothes. The so‑called “closet” consists of a few hangers placed above the kitchen area as shown in the photo.

The coffee machine and refrigerator cannot be turned off because there is no accessible power outlet, so when the hotel claims to offer free coffee, this is simply not true unless one moves the entire kitchen unit into the hallway.

The room is extremely small, without even a single chair where one could place personal items. There are far too many pillows on the bed, and since there is no space to put them anywhere, they all end up on the floor when one tries to sleep.

Bőséges, jó reggeli volt. Az első szobánk hangos volt, de a személyzet segítségével kaptunk egy csendeset. Köszönet nekik! A fekvése pazar.

Excellent!
Pros:

The location is amazing, right in the center, near the river and the metro station, and many monuments can be easily accessed on foot. It was quiet during the night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Staying at the Moon&Sun Lisboa is a great choice and totally recommend it.
