Loved Lisbon, will definitely be back.
Pros:

Location was excellent - central to the main things we wanted to see. The squares, the castle, close to metro, trams, tuk tuks. Loads of shops and places to eat.

Cons:

When we got back to the room one evening, there was an awful smell in our room and someone (staff I hope) had been in and opened the window. Maybe there was a problem with the drains.

Super Lage, saubere Unterkunft, Zimmer groß genug, Sliper und Bademantel vorhanden. Sehr schöne Begrüßung mit einer handgeschriebenen und personalisierten Karte, auch mit schmackhaftem Kuchen und ein Glas Sekt sowie jeden Tag eine 1l Flasche Wasser gratis!

Ich hatte ein Tag vor meiner Einreise nach einem etwas früheren Check-in (zwischen 11 und 12 Uhr) gefragt, da ich an dem Einreisetag Geburtstag hatte und dachte, das wäre doch möglich, da kein Hochsaison. Leider ging's nicht, mein Koffer konnte ich aber bis zum Check-in da liegen lassen und er wurde sogar in mein Zimmer hingebracht, was natürlich toll war, da der Aufzug sehr eng und klein ist.
Leider musste ich jeden Nachmittag für Kaffeekapseln bitten, da diese immer wieder bei der Zimmerreinigung vergessen wurden.

Pros:

O atendimento foi excelente. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. As instalações novas e com amenidades de qualidade. Café da manhã em um espaço não muito grande, mas com variedade e bem gostoso. Localização perfeita.

Cons:

Não tive nenhum problema. Só elogios à acomodação.
Se for para dizer algo, talvez o travesseiro pudesse ser um pouco mais baixo, mas acabei não falando na recepção; com certeza teriam me atendido.

Situation exceptionnelle pour visiter Lisbonne, hotel charmant avec un personnel aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable avec des produits frais. La chambre était très propre et calme et la literie très confortable. C'est sur nous reviendrons!

Great location, friendly staff, and a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent - central (2 min walk from baixa Chiado station) and easy to walk to most main attractions, restaurants, and transport links, which made exploring Lisbon really convenient. The hotel was clean, modern, and felt very safe, which I appreciated as a solo traveller.

My room was comfortable and well maintained, and the receptionists were particularly kind and knowledgeable, always happy to help with directions or recommendations. I also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches - a big glass bottle of water, plenty of glasses, and a complimentary brownie with a note in the room, which made my arrival feel very warm and sweet.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything significant I didn’t like. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
