Absolutely LOVED our stay here, so much so, we looked at extending our time there but weren't able to. But we would most definitely go back! Nuno, our host, was OUTSTANDING! 11/10 for customer service and thoughtfulness- so very helpful with tips and suggestions on things to do, places to see, eat and explore. Helped us organise a car to rent and provided picnic bag for us also. There are great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner right across the road and plenty more, an easy walk away as the Citadel is not huge, but very pretty and easy to walk around. Our space was beautifully furnished and really welcoming. The sun terrace was a delightful surprise and we used it everyday!

Great location, newly renovated, great staff

Our stay in Ciutadella was truly wonderful thanks to Nuno. From the very beginning he made sure everything was perfectly arranged, welcomed us warmly, and was always available with kind support and excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was decorated with great taste and charm, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The location was ideal: right on Plaça d’Artrutx for breakfast at Nibs Healthy Bar, just a minute from a supermarket, and next to Plaça de la Pau public parking. Altogether, it made it easy to blend into the charming life of the city. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We like to finish our European travels on an island - especially in old towns and this trip chose Ciutadella, the old capital of Menorca

Booking.com showed the old capital was 94% booked when I researched a couple of months before we booked.

Pre-stay our host Nuno was very attentive to our needs and helped resolve our concerns about car parking and visiting Menorca's attractions.

Hotel 3a Ease of Living opened in 2024 after a careful building refurbishment that preserved architectural features and fixtures. Our beautifully presented bedroom with en-suite bathroom was located on the first floor, overlooking the street and Plaça d'Artrutx, where we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners. The location was perfect - close to the old town market, a supermarket, art, culture and great food!

Local heritage sites were easy to get to on foot and we explored the island by car

Nuno was a wonderful host and concierge - his local knowledge was extremely valuable!

The property was beautiful itself very comfortable and the host Nuno was exceptional. I must say I think he is without doubt the best host we have ever had 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work.
