Tillräckligt stort för oss med barn.

Dålig service från personalen kring vad som ingick i all-inclusive samt problem med solstolar som paxades tidigt på morgonen utan att människor var och badade

Красивая территория, дружелюбный персонал, прияные не навязчивые аниматоры, хорошый выбор еды.
Очень хороший персонал в ресторане a la carte. Внимательные. Предлагаемые блюда.
За день до выезда в номер от отеоя принесли вино и тарелку с фруктами. Было неожиданно и очень приятно.
Выбор закусок, напитков в течении всего дня.
Классная дискотека, диджей, и весь персонал , который этот все организовал и провел

Тулет около бассейна вечером был в ужасном состоянии, грязно, не было туалетной бумага

Odalar konforlu, banyo temiz, yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetli, hotelde okadar insan olmasina rağmen yemekte sıra yoktu süper bir plan ile restorant çalışîyordu herşey dahil konsepti açık büfe. plajda şezlonglar bol ve hotelin çok büyük alanı var,, çalışanlar iyi, özellikle animasyon ekibi muhteşem ve her gece çocuklara özel olarak eğlenceler organize etmektedirler ayrıca gündüz oyun parkinda çocuklarinizla çok iyi ilgileniyorlar her gün ve her gece hem yetişkinlere hem çocuklara çeşitli aktiviteler yapmaktadırlar. Hem yetişkinler için hem çocuklar için aile hoteli konsepti ile harika bir yer. Herşey için teşekkürler.

Pros:

Le personnel est au top ! Les chambres sont très propres 👌. Le buffet est énorme est à des heures très variés et très très bon, un vrai régal.
Si j'ai un seul bémol à trouvé à l'hôtel, c'est qu'il y a beaucoup d'enfant. Mais c'est tout à fait normal pour un hôtel familial 😁.
Je conseille fortement 💯💯

Beautiful holiday with small children
Pros:

The hotel has everything in place. We had an all inclussive package which also included drinks, in the hotel and on the beach which was really nice. The food was good. The entertainment options are nice, particularly if you travel with children. Overall it offered very good value for money.
The hotel is very clean. The private beach is beautiful.

Cons:

Please use less plastic (drinks in the room are in sealed plastic glasses, everything on the beach is served in plastic). Paper cups are a good option.
The hotel is far from anything else but we did have everything we needed inside.
Some things did come at extra cost (ex fresh orange juice at breakfast, play room)

Cons:

Unprofessional staff (reception). Terrible bedding. No proper parking place for guests. The few parking places at the entrance and under the roof were reserved for management and we were said it was forbidden to park our car there.
At check out they were declining to give us the invoice, saying that we will get it from Booking. com. We insisted to get the invoice from the property, because we paid our stay to property (not to booking.com). After a long waiting and persuading we finally got the invoice.

Simply excellent
Pros:

Anna at the guest relations is truly and really exceptional, she is the best planner I have ever met, she got in touch organising ride for us from the Airport to the Hotel and back to the airport.

She was amazing amazing person, so so professional and has an eye for smallest detail.

Nice hotel for families with kids
Pros:

The overall impression was very pleasant from the hotel in general and the service in particular.
1. The sea is clean and warm all day long. If you prefer to get rid of crowd, 6am and 8pm is great time for swimming.
2. Food is very tasty. Wine and beer from locals, but it's very good.
3. My special thanks to Guest Relation Manager Anna Leyman for providing exceptional service.
4. The reception is very responsive and resolves all issues very quickly. Special thanks to Valeria.
5. The hotel is focused on the family with kids.
6. There was no any political agenda at all.

Cons:

1. A'la Carte is not worth to visit at all.
2. There are crowdy sometimes for dinner, so come 10 min before it starts.
3. The entrance to the sea is rocky at the very beginning.

Pros:

Variety and amount food places, good pools, location close to the sea.

Cons:

Outdated outdoor facilities. Only ok food for the price. Very bad restaurant personnel who are very badly onboarded with their responsibilities and not polite at all. Very crowded restaurant times, try to split into queues. Spa is available only for the money, so you should not put Spa naming in your hotel name. Massage should not be the only spa experience. Massage sales guys are very rude with their comments. Please offer a bit early breakfast for those who are leaving that day.

Great stay overall, some minor discomforts but nothing thst should stop you from visiting.
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable, cleaning was good, and the facility was big with different food to eat at all times. Guest relation was amazing and always checked with us, also made great effort to decorate the room as I wished.

Cons:

Some personel need service training, looked angry and barely wanted to help, but the majority was good. Reception did not answer on the phone every time I called, had to go there to ask questions.

A hotel for families with children, it is uncomfortable for those without children.
Pros:

The hotel buiding is new, it has air - conditioning, the room has a side view of the sea.

Cons:

It is a hotel for families with children, it is not advantageous for those who do not have children. The beach has sections with stones, not everywhere is fine sand. I didnt have hot water all the time at shower in the room and i also complained at the reception. At the spa everything is paid. There is no parking for cars, i park on an undeveloped side street.
