Esperienza bellissima,tutto perfetto a partire dell'accoglienza. Tutti molto attenti ad ogni esigenza,molto pulito,cibo buono. Animazione divertente con uno staff eccellente. Struttura molto bella. Sicuramente da consigliare
Niente da dire
The good parts were that the atmosphere inside was nice, lots of green and trees, nice to walk around and take photos, the rooms were modern and nice looking and the toilets were sanitized. There are a lot of activities to do also and free wifi. The a la carte restaurant was nice too and the service there was also good.
It doesn’t feel like an ultra inclusive hotel because there are lots of things that are charged separately and are overpriced. For an Ultra All Inclusive resort in Türkiye, charging 2€ separately for a basic Turkish coffee is certainly disappointing. Fresh juice was 2€ and the safe was 2€ per day, something so basic should be free in a 5 star hotel. Some stall was selling popcorn for 2€ also inside the hotel. Access to sauna is not included and you have to pay for overpriced hammam package to get access to it. There are stores inside the hotel that you pass by and they are all of course overpriced too. There is also a photographer who stops you to take pictures with a parrot inside and sell pictures for 5€ or puts it in a frame for 25€ which is crazy expensive for Turkey standards. Room cleaning is a joke, We couldn’t really tell that the room was made or not because it looked exactly the same. The floors weren’t swept and mirrors weren’t wiped, The towels are stained and they are replaced every three days (they are changed on the 4th day of your stay) and I asked for new towels to which they said ok but I never received them. The bedsheets are of very poor quality and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The minibar has only water which was weird to me for an ultra inklusive hotel. The service standard in general is not good, many were rude or unresponsive. The receptionist usually said ok to our requests but we don’t hear back or get what we wanted. The AC works well in keeping the room cool but it is very noisy at night and many times I found myself awake in the middle of the night unable to sleep because of it. It is extremely hard to find an empty table at the restaurant and people move your things away and take your table if you leave it. Some of the dishes were dirty, the food is very repetitive and mediocre and the pastry in the hotel in general is all bad, using the same bad tasting mousse jelly with different colorants. couldn’t eat any of them.

Бассейны закрываются уже в 19:00. Вещи в прачечную не могут забрать сами из номера. За услуги отеля (прачечная, трансфер) принимают только наличными, даже европейскими картами нельзя (а банкоматов рядом для моих банков не нашлось). Платный Wi-Fi и сейф

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet. All personal var vänlig, hjälpsam och gav oss ett varmt bemötande under hela vistelsen. Städningen var utmärkt och rummet var alltid rent och fräscht. Ett särskilt tack till städerskan Halgüzel, som alltid mötte oss med ett leende och var otroligt trevlig.
Maten var mycket god med ett stort utbud och bra variation, så det fanns alltid något för alla smaker. Hotellet hade flera fina pooler, vilket gjorde det enkelt att hitta en plats att koppla av eller bada. Kvällsaktiviteterna för både barn och vuxna var uppskttade och bidrog till en härlig stämning.
Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse och rekommenderar varmt hotellet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel, a nyaralásunk minden szempontból fantasztikus élmény volt.
Külön kiemelném a tisztaságot, a szállodában folyamatosan takarítottak, mindenhol igényesség és rendezettség fogadott minket.
A személyzet kedvessége is példaértékű volt, legyen szó az étteremről, a bárokról vagy a recepcióról – mindenki segítőkész, mosolygós és figyelmes volt.
Ami azonban a legmaradandóbb élményt nyújtotta számunkra, az az animátorcsapat és az általuk szervezett programok. Egyszerűen imádtuk őket! Lelkesek, vidámak és fantasztikus hangulatot teremtettek minden nap.
A spa részleg is kiemelkedő, a masszázst és a törökfürdőt mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudjuk, számunkra a nyaralás egyik kihagyhatatlan része volt.

The waiter in restaurant Ismail made our stay very pleasant. He really understand what the good service means. Always smiling and friendly. The food was tasty and the different variation every day. The evening animation program was excellent.
The worst cleaning which i ever in Turkya experienced. Filling the water in fridges amd throw out the trash is not cleaning. First 2 days cleaner didnt even come to the room until i stopped her and confronted her that there is no water or toilet paper in the room.
Kids toilet next to pool needs to be cleaned properly!
Family hotel but no kids slides if i dont count one slide for whole hotel. Nothing for small kids.
The worst beach i have ever seen. Dirty water.
