Affordable and comfortable stay
Pros:

Very quiet, very comfortable beds, very good air conditioning, staff are so friendly and helpful, available basement parking.

Cons:

The room rugs was not clean when I arrived and I asked them to clean it. Making sure the rooms are very clean would be better

تجربة إقامة رائعة، والطاقم ممتاز جدًا والتعامل راقٍ ومميز.

كل الشكر والتقدير للموظفة خلود، ساعدتنا كثيرًا في إجراءات تسجيل الدخول وكانت في قمة التعاون والاهتمام.
كما أشكر الشيف حسام على حرصه واهتمامه بتوفير بوفيه الإفطار بشكل مميز.
تجربة جميلة جدًا، وأشكر إدارة الفندق على حسن التعامل والضيافة. بالتأكيد ستكون لي زيارة أخرى بإذن الله.

Cons:

أتمنى من إدارة الفندق مراجعة وضع المسبح، حيث إن رائحة الكلور قوية جدًا وتستقبلك قبل دخول الباب. أقترح معالجة الموضوع، أو في حال عدم الاستفادة منه بالشكل المطلوب، يمكن التفكير في تحويله إلى نادي رياضي (جيم) أو منطقة ألعاب وترفيه للأطفال، بحيث يستفيد منه النزلاء بشكل أفضل.
