Me hizo sentir en casa.
Pros:

Quien hace la experiencia más grata y excepcional es el señor Óscar, su atención amabilidad, amor por su trabajo, lo atento y carisma hacen que la experiencia se eleve a mil, dispuesto siempre a guiar a los clientes para que logren aprovechar la estancia y la ciudad y que uno quiera volver al Hotel.
Instalaciones super cómodas, limpias, acogedoras, le falta baranda en la terraza pero eso es solo una pequeñísima observación, a todo lo bonito que nos hizo sentir el hotel y su personal.

Cons:

Todo me gustó, punto a mejora la baranda en la terraza pero es una observación.

El jardín interior es hermosísimo! Es un clásico en Antigua

Que no tenga opción de desayuno
Que 5 dias antes de mi llegada empezaron a escribir al whats app que debía hacer el pago por un link para confirmar mi estancia, no se porque no lo hacen a través de booking.com que es más seguro.

Quiet central location
Pros:

Off the main strip but within walking distance of everything. Really relaxing stay and away from the noise in central. If you have a clear morning, check out the rooftop - you can see Fuego erupting!

La limpieza de las instalaciones y la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Por las mañanas había mucho ruido afuera de la habitación. No siempre tuvimos agua caliente. La ventana de la habitación daba al patio donde estaban las mesas, por lo que no pudimos tener las cortinas abiertas porque se perdía privacidad.

Pros:

Het hotel beschikt over een ruimte tuin. Het personeel is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De receptionist heeft voor ons een shuttle naar Panajachel geregeld. Ook kun je je was doen voor 50 GTQ en dit op het dak aan de waslijn ophangen. De kamer is vrij basic maar prima en schoon.
