Pros:

環境很好，備品充足，遲到了很多，房東也是熱情接待，十分感謝

Cons:

不是自助入住，彈性比較低，不過房東家就在附近的紅色大門屋子，如果他看到訊息，很快就來了

Wonderful stay, we had 2x families in the residence and were very comfortable

家族や、親戚と、和気藹々とした時間が自宅以外で楽しめる。
Pros:

綺麗で清潔感のある各部屋や共有スペースでした。
お風呂とシャワー室が別にあり、それぞれが選択して入浴しましたので、早く済ませれたのも良かった。

Cons:

入口がシンプルなので、一度見逃すとここに戻って見つけるのが大変でした。メイン道路側を探してました。

家族みんな気に入り、また泊まりたい！と言う程、良かったです。
Pros:

三世代で泊まりましたが、部屋数が多くあり、助かりました。孫はあちらこちらの部屋に行き、かくれんぼ出来る！ここに住みたい！等…はしゃいでいました。

Cons:

階段が急で、荷物を持っての登り降りは気をつける点。お子さんも危険かも。
(オーナーさんが、階段前に取り付けるベビーガードを貸して下さり、階段から落ちる事は無かったです。ありがとうございました)

大人数にピッタリの宿
Pros:

とても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。リビングの大きな机がとってもステキで、夜中までみんなでおしゃべりしていました。。スタッフの方の対応が誠実で気持ちの良いものでした。

Most convenient place to stay outside of Tokyo.
Pros:

This is our family's favorite place to stay in Japan! It is comfortable having different rooms to be separated to do our own things. The big dining table is awesome to be together and hang out. The owner is super nice and communicative. We were able to adjust our check in time a little later because our flight into Narita didn't land until 3:45 pm. The beds are comfortable, the bidet is perfectly warm. The owner offers a lot of amenities and toiletries free of charge, including free water bottles. The location is perfectly situated in Yokohama. There are plenty of nearby food and stores. The train station and subway are only a couple blocks away. It was very easy to travel to Tokyo and Kamakura or to get to the Shinkansen. All brands of convenience stores are nearby. The washer and dryer are a life saver when packing light and traveling to Japan. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone from the USA planning a trip to Japan.

Cons:

There wasn't anything in particular that stood out negatively for our stay.

Pros:

ホテルのオーナーさんがとても良い方で、事前連絡も含めて常時親身な対応をしてくださいました。
宿泊施設についてもカフェスペースを思わせるようなオシャレ空間で、居心地がとてもよく、中華街やみなとみらいにもアクセス良く、立地も最高でした。

Cons:

今回は一棟貸で友人同士での宿泊でしたので問題はありませんでしたが、隣の部屋の音が聞こえることがあるので、特に音に敏感な方は気になるかもしれません。
