Property & Location:
Amalz Hotels is located at 125-145 E Harmon Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89109. The resort is also known as The Signature at MGM Grand. The rooms/suites are privately owned and managed by Amalz Hotels.
Security:
The property has gated security and entrance. A confirmed reservation is required to enter the property. There is 24x7 audio and video surveillance in place (not in any rooms or private spaces). You will be asked for your government-issued photo ID and reservation confirmation number to gain entry, and security will guide you to your allocated tower and room.
Parking (Valet):
At the security gate, the staff will issue you a Valet Pass for your vehicle. Each reservation is entitled to one (1) vehicle parking. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the hotel's car park facility. During special events, you may find nearby road closures or entrance restrictions, and valet parking may not be available. Security will guide you regarding any such ongoing events.
Front Desk & Incidentals:
The front desk is responsible for your check-in and check-out. They will give you the keys and guide you to the elevator, amenities, and facilities of the resort during your stay. Guest(s) must be 21 years or older to check in and must present their ID and a valid credit or debit card for incidentals. A hold of $100 per night (up to $300) will be placed on your credit card, refundable upon check-out if no incidentals or charges were reported during your stay. The front desk is not responsible for any services other than handling check-in, check-out, keys, and incidentals. You are required to contact your host/reservations department for any requests, including early check-in, late check-out, extensions, housekeeping services, maintenance, etc.
Check-in:
Early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and confirmation by the host/reservations department. Early check-in charges of $75 per hour apply. It must be confirmed and paid in advance at least 24 hours before the check-in date and time. The check-in time starts at 3 pm and ends at 12 am (midnight). If you are checking in outside the check-in time or past midnight, you must notify the host/reservations department to avoid any interruptions or cancelation of the reservation.
Check-out:
Late check-out is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and confirmation by the host/reservations department. Late check-out charges of $75 per hour apply. It must be confirmed and paid in advance at least 24 hours before the check-out date and time. Late check-out can be extended up to a maximum of 3 hours. After a 3-hour extension, a nightly charge applies, which may differ from the charges paid for the original reservation.
Extension:
If you wish to extend the reservation for additional night(s), you are required to contact the host/reservations department. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and confirmation by the host/reservations department. The charges for an extension are determined on the day the request is made and may differ from the charges paid for the original reservation. The charges for extending any night(s) must be paid in advance at least 24 hours before the reservation end date and time.
Housekeeping Charges:
The room is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by the housekeeping supervisor before being allotted to Guest(s). Sometimes issues occur or are not found/reported at the time of inspection. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to report any issues within 2 hours of checking into the room. Any housekeeping or related issues cannot be considered a reason or eligible for cancelation of the reservation. Reasonable and timely efforts to address the issues will be taken by the host. You are required to present evidence/pictures and contact the host/reservations department directly, not the front desk.
No cleaning is provided during the stay. Housekeeping is managed by a third-party company. Placards with their contact details, services, and charges are placed in different areas of the rooms. Additional cleaning services need to be scheduled with the housekeeping company or the host at least 24 hours in advance; charges apply. They are available at the property from 10 am to 5 pm.
All of our rooms/suites have a queen-size sofa bed. A sufficient amount of linens, pillows, and blankets are stored in the closet. The bed will not be made by housekeeping or the host. If assistance is needed in making the bed, please call housekeeping/host, and they can guide you remotely.
Extra Bed/Crib:
The maximum occupancy in our rooms is four (4) people, including children of all ages. No extra crib or bed is provided.
Smoking:
This is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed inside the property. There is a designated smoking area, and placards and signboards are placed for your convenience. Should we find any evidence of smoking in your room, balcony, or non-designated area, you will incur a minimum fine of $300.
Lost/Stolen Items:
Upon check-out, you cannot enter the elevator/floor/room again, as the keys get disabled automatically at the end of the reservation date and time. You will be notified by the host/housekeeping if they find any items left behind. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to make arrangements to pick up the items and to arrange for shipping at their expense within 24-48 hours. The host/housekeeping cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay or after you check out.
Amenities/Pool/Spa Use:
Guest(s) understand that the amenities, pool, and spa advertised are strictly amenities. Any interruption or closures due to special or private events, or unavailability of the amenities, pool, or spa, will not violate any terms of this Agreement.
Access:
Guest(s) agree to allow the Host and/or Host’s agents/representatives to access the property immediately if needed, with notice via telephone or in person. Agents include, but are not limited to, housekeeping, cleaners, plumbers, electricians, pest control, etc. The Host reserves the right to inspect the property interior immediately with notice to Guest(s). Guest(s) agree not to deny access. If access is refused, the Host reserves the right to terminate the reservation, and Guest(s) will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by the Host, forfeiting any amounts paid.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I didn’t like I had to pay for towels each day.
Location
Facilities like pools were closed and we weren’t aware of this or restricted operating hours before we arrived. One of the showers did not have hot water and despite reporting to the facilities management company this was not addressed. The curtains in the living room were filthy and we needed to ask the facilities management company to take them down. They weren’t replaced.
The apartment is in the signature towers attached to the MGM grand on the strip. While the towers are at the back of the MGM you still get the feeling of being on the strip. It was big with a separate bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with 2 showers 3 sinks and a jacuzzi bath. The TV’s were huge. The big sofa pulled out for a big double bed, with pillows and blankets in one of the wardrobes. Valet parking was super quick and friendly (don’t forget to tip them). Our apartment was in Tower 3 which is furthest away from the MGM but any tower would be good. We were on the 3rd floor but had a good view of the Sphere. The towers have their own pools but you can also use the MGM grand pools and lazy river. Depending on the time of year and day of the week only 1 or 2 pools may be open but the reception and pool staff will tell you. Some of the pools are heated. It was a 10 minute walk through the internal walk ways to the MGM where they also have the monorail. The pools do close early 6pm and 5pm for the lazy river. Lots of sun loungers round the pools with pool towels provided at entry to the pools. Food and drinks available at the pools. Starbucks in one of the towers and loads of restaurants in the MGM food courts. The kitchen comes with everything you will need to cook a meal, big fridge and Freezer, Microwave and oven. Dishwasher and a few dishwasher tablets.
Amalz were really quick to respond to messages and with details of check-in. Basically they will tell you the tower number and room number and you just check-in at the desk to the tower like you normally would. Where they issue you keycards. when we didn’t have an iron and ironing board and bought one straight over. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Cleaners are external and are only on request in advance but was ok for our 3 night stay.
We didn’t really get a photos of the apartment but they were as on booking.com.

The hot tub was dirty. Every time we use the hot tub when start bubbling it’s coming like a dirty stuff out
