Sehr netter Empfang, sauberes Zimmer, schönes Bad

Cons:

Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Aber ich durfte meine Medikamente am Empfang zur Kühlung abgeben.

Net hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Zeker voor doorreis perfect

Cons:

Ligging was iets minder tussen een soort bedrijventerrein, maar wij waren er voor een doorreis dus voor nu prima!

Cons:

The reception staff stole my French gift cheeses from the hotel fridge because there was no fridge in my room. These were special French cheeses given to me as a gift from my colleagues in France. When I checked out, they did not return them to me.

I even offered to pay for shipping so they could send them to me, but my emails were completely ignored. No reply, no explanation, no help whatsoever.

This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I am beyond disappointed with how this situation was handled.
