Für Übernachtungen in Bremen sehr gut geeignet.
Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden wieder buchen.

Cons:

....der Esstisch war leider vergessen worden zu säubern, aber dies ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Fein, klein, für ein Wochenende super :)
Pros:

- Vor Ort gab es eine gute Parkplatzsituation: Seitenstreifen vor dem Haus, am Sonntag kostenlos.
- Gut ausgestattete Küche (nicht benutzt, inkl. Kühlschrank)
- Checkin war sehr komfortabel über die App abzubilden

Cons:

- Wohnung war im 1. OG, bissel hellhörig zum Flur hin: Das Schallern der Zwischentür im EG, wenn andere sie haben zufallen lassen, hat man ordentlich gehört
- Well, ich muss n extra App installieren, aber das auch okayish, td noch n Aufwand mehr als Schlüsselbox

Great place to stay !
Pros:

Everything was super clean, everything was convenient!

Cons:

Sound isolation was OK, and the neighbourhood really quiet. But you can still notice some small parasite noises.

Great appartment for shorts visits in Bremen
Pros:

In general everything was great. Super clean, comfortable sheets and all the electrodomestics that we needed. Including tea, coffee capsules and a voucher for a coffee in the city. It is a really great apartment for a short visit in Bremen

Cons:

For me the bed pillows were too big and therefore no comfortable but I think that is a personal preference. The bed itself was really comfortable. From the bed we could hear every person that was entering the building and this woke me up every time at night.

Cons:

Verkehrsgeräusche offenbar ab und zu in einem Innenhof. Die Zimmertüre als Brandschutztür muss zufallen, damit sie richtig schließt. Wenn man Rücksicht nimmt und diese leise schließt, dann kann es sein, dass die Falle/Riegel nicht schließt.

Es war ok. Wir würden das nächste Mal anderweitig buchen.
Pros:

Die Einrichtung ist funktional und schick.
Die zentrale Lage ist gut.
Die Straße ist konstant wahrnehmbar. Das Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus ist ok. Vorne wäre es eine Zumutung.

Preis Leistung bei 100€/Nacht ist absolute Obergrenze. Mehr wäre sehr unpassend.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei - also wirklich 0,0 - Ablagen. So gar keine. Ernsthaft?

Der Geschirrspüler ist bereits kaputt. Und das Kochfeld bedarf einer Bedienungsanleitung.

Cons:

Küchenausstattung sehr mager, insbesondere kein Backofen, nur einfache Microwelle ohne weitere Funktionen. Die Beschattungsrollos sind nicht komplett oben und klappern so beim kleinsten Wind, besonders nachts sehr störend. Das sollte dringend repariert werden.
