immer gerne wieder
Pros:

die Lage ist perfekt, das Apartment ist großartig, alles vorhanden, wir hatten ein upgrade
bekommen, damit wir in geselliger Runde mit unseren Freunden abends gemütlich zusammen sitzen können

Cons:

Küchenausstattung sehr mager, insbesondere kein Backofen, nur einfache Microwelle ohne weitere Funktionen. Die Beschattungsrollos sind nicht komplett oben und klappern so beim kleinsten Wind, besonders nachts sehr störend. Das sollte dringend repariert werden.

Pros:

Mooi grote ruimte. Alles heel goed geregeld. Dicht bij het centrum.

Cons:

De grootste slaapkamer heeft een open verbinding met de keuken en de woonkamer. Hierdoor komt er geluid en licht de slaapkamer binnen.

Gute Lage , aber technische Probleme mit dem Türsystem. Vor Ort ist leider kein Ansprechpartner.
Pros:

Gute Lage , nicht ganz im Zentrum , aber zumindest nicht weit weg.Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Cons:

Probleme beim einchecken . Die App hat die Zimmernummer nicht korrekt angezeigt,wir mussten an allen Zimmer Türen probieren ob sich unsere Tür öffnen lässt.
Bei Ankunft war die untere Haustür wegen Bauarbeiten offen und wir gingen rein . Später, gegen 23 Uhr liess sich diese Tür mit der App aber nicht öffnen und wir mussten überall klingeln bis sich zum Glück jemand fand der uns öffnete . An der Zimmertür funktionierte die App wieder. Der Fön der im Schrank lag , verursachte beim einschalten einen Kurzschluss so das die Hauptsicherung raus flog und wir erstmal im dunkeln standen …

Wirklich zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke, der digitale Zugang hat auf Anhieb und super funktioniert. Aufzug vorhanden.
Großzügiges Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und tollem Blick über den Stadtgraben.

Cons:

Die vorigen rauchenden Mieter haben ihre Kippen auf dem Stuhl auf dem Balkon entsorgt. Aschenbecher wäre ne Option dort.
TV im Schlafzimmer hat zuerst nicht funktioniert… Loses und abgeknicktes Antennenkabel, konnte aber schnell behoben werden.
Keine Minuspunkte, nur Anmerkungen 👍🏻

Wswar rundherum super.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Vom Bahnhof aus gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Kann ich nur empfehlen

I wish no smell of cigarettes and the bathroom looked a bit more cosy
Pros:

The location was good , only 10 minutes from the central area. The place was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Smell of cigarettes was terrible. In a non smoker. The room really stinks of smoke.
