LA HABITACIÓN ANUNCIADA NO CORRESPONDE CON LAS INSTALACIONES

En las fotos salen habitaciones nuevas con un baño totalmente reformado pero me dieron una habitación que no tenía nada que ver, con unas instalaciones antiguas y un baño viejo que no se ve en ningún momento en las fotos de la reserva. Al comunicarlo en recepción no me dieron ninguna solución, diciendo que había varios tipos de habitación (solo algunas están reformadas) y que la que veía en las fotos de mi reserva no tenía porqué ser la que me corresponde. No te puedes fiar de las fotos que aparecen en tu propia reserva.

Además de no recibir la habitación ofertada, la relación calidad precio deja mucho que desear. Las camas son incómodas y se clavan los muelles, las paredes son de papel y se escucha absolutamente todo. El desayuno rozando lo aceptable.

La ubicación y el personal, la chica que nos recibió, espero a nuestra llegada y eso que llegamos muy tarde, muy amable y profesional de 10!!!🔝🔝🔝

Cons:

Instalaciones antiguas, toallas muy pequeñas y gastadas, y el desayuno muy simple, vale más ir a un bar y desayunar en condiciones. Es más me fui sin desayunar.

Room and facilities were not up to my expectations. No shampoo or conditioner. Hallways were dirty. Parking area was full of trash

Se oía todo lo que hablaban en la habitación de al lado porque las paredes son muy finas. Las cortinas no cubrían toda la luz y molestaba un poco para dormir.
