Fürdőbe közvetlen átjárás jó.

Cons:

Tisztaság a szobában nem volt elfogadható.
Személyzet többségében nem oda való. Főleg a bárban bunkó kiszolgálás.
A nem magyar személyzet barátságosabb mint egy két magyar.

Pros:

Moc pěkný hotel, přístup přímo do lázní, vlastní wellness, vyborne jídlo.

Cons:

Škoda že bar zavírá v 22, okolí neni prakticky nic, kam zajít večer. Stejně tak bazén by mohl být otevřený déle, ale to je detail.

Toller Aufenthalt mit gutem Essen und gutem Zimmer!
Pros:

Frühstück gut, Essen gut. Gut Auswahl und alles war fast immer frisch und lecker. Das Zimmer selber war gut gereinigt. Alles in allem war es wieder (das 3. Mal bereits) ein schöner Aufenthalt in Ungarn.

Cons:

Leider war der Balkon nicht vom (vielen) Vogelkot gereinigt, das dürfte schon 2 oder 4 Wochen nicht passiert sein, was sehr schade war.
Beim Checkout sollte ich zuerst bezahlen, und dann erst die Rechnung sehen. Als ich fragte, wie sich den der Restbetrag (Minibar, Restaurant, etc.) zusammensetze, sagte man mir nur, dass ich das eh auf der Rechnung sehe. Ich hätte gerne vorher gewusst, was ich zahle. Die beiden Damen haben dann auf Ungarisch irgendetwas "getuschelt" und das gefiel mir nicht wirklich. Hier ist also Verbesserungspotential seitens des Managements gefordert ;-).
